The apartment is located in the city center, a 5-minute walk from the Due Torri and the Duse Theater. The neighborhood is one of the oldest and most prestigious in the historic center; it is elegant, residential and with little traffic,
Ideal apartment for families or friends, accommodates 4 people. Quiet location.

The location allows you to reach on foot in a few minutes all the main points of interest in the historic center, namely monuments, museums, universities, theaters, cinemas, markets, restaurants and nightclubs

The apartment is on the first floor of a building with a lift.

In 50 square meters of space, it accommodates four people.

* Living area. Equipped kitchen with coffee machine and electric kettle, double sofa bed.

* Bedroom. Double bed and wardrobe with mirror.

* Bathroom. Shower cubicle, toilet, bidet and hairdryer.

Parking not included. But about 300 meters from the apartment there is the Garage Farini- Vicolo S. Damiano 3/3 at about 300 meters which closes at 12 am.

SECURITY DEPOSIT AND CITY TAX. The security deposit, of 100 euros, will be collected in cash on arrival and released at check out, subject to monitoring of the apartment.
The tourist tax will also be collected on arrival in cash and will be calculated based on the number of guests and the number of nights.

All identity documents of the residents must be shown upon arrival as required by Italian law.

Good location

Location is perfect, very few kitchen utensils for cooking, no water reservoir for the nespresso machine, no lights working in the cooking area. If you want to cook you need all condiments as there is nothing in the apartment, ie salt, oil etc. The apartment stays fairly cool considering there is no a/c but wasn’t a problem. Bed was comfortable. Building and area is very clean.

Basic and historic

Had a good stay on this 2 room studio with bathroom. The location is very central and nice area. The bathroom works well and sleeping room is nice decorated in white. The extra Walk-in closet is welcome ;-) We cooked two times a meal and that was convinient Enough. There could be Some more cuttelery in the kitchen. The room in which the kitchen is situaties and also the sofa and a table is a bit undefined and empty. One ( very old and rugged ) towel is very poor hospitality for 6 nights we stayed there, in my opinion. But liked my stay in Bologna so much I would stay here again,
