Modern apartment recently renovated, in the heart of the historic center of Bologna and a few steps from the "finestrella di Via Piella".The apartment is on the second floor of a residential building without elevator and enjoys canal views. The entrance opens onto the living area consisting of an open-plan kitchen equipped with all amenities including a dishwasher, oven and kettle, and a dining table. The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms, two of which have a queen-size bed, and one with a single bed and a pull-out bed. One of the master bedroom features an ensuite bathroom with shower. An additional bathroom with shower completes the layout.Free wifi, washing machine, air conditioning, and individual heating will be available in the accommodation.*The apartment is located in the ZTL (limited traffic zone) area, therefore we suggest leaving the car in one of the nearby parking and enjoying the old town on foot.Cot and high chair available upon request, at an extra cost of 25€ per stay, per item.*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations.
