This refurbished two bedroom apartment is situated in the popular Jardines de Calahonda area on the Caserio complex. This bright spacious apartment is in an excellent location for either a family holiday or a couples retreat. Situated within 1km walking distance to the beach and all amenities, this apartment is perfect for those who do not wish to hire a car.

The pool is open all year round from dawn till dusk.



As with all our holiday homes - this is a NON SMOKING property. The interior and terrace square metres are estimates.

Our staff are also on hand to make reservations, recommendations and ensure the smooth running of your holiday.

There is a minimum booking period of 7 nights, after that extra nights are charged pro rata. A housekeeping surcharge will apply to all bookings. Please check our Suncoaster Holidays Terms and Conditions page on our website for dates and prices.



Additional person supplement is 75€ per person per week (includes the supply of an inflatable full height bed, bed linen and towels).

A €50 booking fee is payable on each booking (this includes registering the guests with the Spanish authorities as per the Spanish law).



Linen and bath towels are provided at a charge of €20 for a 1 bedroom property, €40 for a 2 bedroom property and €60 for a 3 bedroom property.



Special, discounted rates are available for bookings of four weeks and over – please ask for details..



Keys are to be collected from our office and returned to us on the morning of departure. An outside key box is used when our office is closed. Google maps and coordinates from the airport to our office and from our office to your property, along with the property address, written directions and the key box code will be emailed to you once the holiday balance is paid.
