Excellent apartment at Royal Beach

Stayed for the Easter holidays. The apartment is excellent and had everythi g you could need. Kitchen appliances were exceprional. Balcony and view incredible. To enhance the apartment further, i would recommend chairs on the balcony that are high enough to see the view above the wall.

Fantastic accommodation

From the booking right through to arrival everything was great. We were kept informed, the owner met us on our arrival even though it was late in the evening)… a welcome basket with a few essentials.. spotlessly clean apartment with everything we needed.. good facilities, great location, parking. Great place to stay.

Wonderful Stay

Great condo located right along the boardwalk and beach in Calahonda! Beautiful sea views of the Mediterranean. Short walk to lots of restaurants, and stores. Easy access to bus routes as well. The owner Rafael is a great host!

Calahonda Apartment

Raphael was very helpful from booking to leaving. The apartment is beautiful, modern and on the beachfront. There are plenty of bars and restaurants in the area, but it is still in a quiet location. We will definitely be booking to stay here again.

This place is a unique paradise. As a family of three we had the best experience. The apartment is lovely, the grounds divine and the location fantastic. We spent hours on the balcony enjoying the views. Rafael and family are a wonderful host. He was on hand for answering any questions and made us feel so welcome which made the stay all the more memorable.

Wonderful holiday right on the beach!

the property is beautifully furnished ..very modern and had everything you needed and more! apartment is very secure. communication with Rafael before and during holiday easy and very good. Check in easy ,with us it was Vanessa who met us ,again very welcoming and helpful. highly recommend!

Perfect location!

I just spent two weeks at this apartment. We had bad weather the first two days and the pool was shut down the last two days but none of that mattered because the apartment was so great. The location is amazing, everything was clean, and there are plenty of restaurants and markets within walking distance. Rafael was a perfect host and it was a pleasure staying in Calahonda. Can’t wait to go back!!

Lovely apartment with superb view. Rafael the owner of the property was an exceptional host. Always available and accommodating- very reassuring/helpful when our flight times were altered less than 24 hours prior to departure. The location was ideal for us Fuengirola and Marbella within easy reach. Looking forward to returning to Royal Beach asap.

Super Stay at Royal Beach, Sitio de Calahonda

We had a first class stay in a super location. We were all needing a break and the fact that we could practically fall out of the property on to the beach was a bonus. Rafael was a super host and nothing was too much trouble. If we had any questions he was more than happy to help and the welcome pack on arrival was gratefully received. The apartment itself had absolutely everything you would need for a self catering holiday with beautiful views over the beach and sea. A super week. Thank you Rafael..

Everything was perfect. It is important that the person who books the house on the VRBO website be present at check in, and if not possible to be present at check in, to inform the owner beforehand to avoid problems at check in. Everything worked out at the end. Will recommend this house.

A fantastic front-line beach-side apartment at Royal Beach Calahonda

We have just returned from a fabulous 3 week stay at Rafael’s wonderful front-line beach apartment in Calahonda. If you are looking for a place with beautiful sea-views, lovely gardens with a large pool shared between only a small number of other properties, easy access to the beach with the sounds of the Mediterranean waves, then this is the place for you! Communications with Rafael before our trip were easy via the App’s message service and phone, and he was there to greet us when we arrived, making us welcome and showing us around the property. We are a family of 4, with 2 sons aged 10 and 13, and this air-conditioned apartment was perfect for our needs. The apartment is less than half an hour drive from Malaga Airport, is off a junction with easy access to the AP-7 motorway in both directions (though absolutely no road noise), and minutes from all local amenities. The fixtures and fittings throughout were all modern and high quality. The kitchen was well-equipped and was not lacking in any way, with enough crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, capsule coffee-machine and electric juicer. The sitting room had a multi-channel smart TV which worked with our Amazon Fire TV Stick, free WiFi and great sea views over the first floor terrace. The main bedroom had built-in wardrobes, a modern en-suite shower room and access to the terrace and sea views. The second bedroom had a double bed with single bunk above, once again with enough storage. The main shower room was across from this bedroom. The large terrace had enough space for a 6-seater dining table, storage for beach equipment provided by Rafael - and have I mentioned the views?! The apartment complex is next door to the Royal Beach Pirata chiringuito - music could be heard during the day but was never obtrusive, and there was no loud music or disturbances at night. Food was typical for this type of establishment and it was easy to bring cocktails back to our poolside loungers! Sorry if this seems a long review, but we just returned home to a very wet UK yesterday and are missing “our” beachside apartment :( Thank you again to Rafael for being a perfect host and making us feel at home. We hope to return!

Inmejorable

Muy recomendable, Rafael un gran anfitrión y un gran persona, atento en todo momento, el alojamiento espectacular, muy limpio todo en perfecto estado, el equipamiento demasiado tiene de todo, las instalaciones super cuidadas, césped, piscina etc, y la ubicación muy buena. En general lo recomiendo, es una zona muy tranquila y para pasear es genial.

Fin lägenhet med all utrustning man kan behöva. Fantastisk balkong med hänförande utsikt. Badrocksavstånd till strand med bad. Mycket trevlig strandpromenad med trägolv som löper längs havet i en mil!

Sehr schönes Apartment direkt am Meer

Wir wäre zu zweit im November 23 im Royal Beach. Die direkte Lage am Meer war toll. Auch kann man durch die Nähe der A7, die man trotzdem nur selten hört, schnell überall hin kommen. Die Ausstattung des Apartments ist gut und passt sicherlich für 4 Personen. Dank an Rafael! Immer erreichbar obwohl er zu unserer Zeit in Madrid weilte. Von uns gibt es eine absolut Empfehlung dort Urlaub zu machen.

Traumhafte Lage!

Wir hatten einen traumhaften Urlaub in exponierter Strandlage. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Sogar Sand- und Wasserspielzeug für die Kinder sowie Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Mit Mietwagen war alles unkompliziert erreichbar. Parkplätze sind vorhanden. Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub. Auch der Vermieter Rafael ist sehr nett und hat ein offenes Ohr für alles.

A peaceful location.

We stayed for 4 weeks in this very comfortable apartment. The location is stunning, private and we did not want to leave! There were a few problems which Rafael dealt with very efficiently. We hope to return. Thank you Rafael for being an excellent host.
