Spacious villa of 150 m2 distributed on two floors:
upstairs the night area with 4 bedrooms and a full bathroom; down pleasant area to live the day composed of very well equipped kitchen, air conditioning, living room with angular sofa area of first quality leather, large flat TV etc ...
An ideal house to live comfortably all the time you want, terrace overlooking the garden of 250 m2 where your breakfast will be pleasant, like your dinners may be accompanied by a barbecue available watching a beautiful sunset ... also within the property there is a comfortable access for two cars.
It is near the center of town and has very beautiful beaches, the air that is breathed in summer is very nice and refreshing.
