Dear Margreet, thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the views and surroundings. We take our reviews seriously and have already upgraded the outdoor furniture and crockery base on your comments. However, we do need to address some other points you made. For starters, Our mattresses are memory foam, European-sized, and selected for their comfort. While we aim to accommodate our guests’ needs, asking for every person to sleep on two mattresses or specific lighting (“less bright, more yellow bulbs) and kitchen supplies may not align with what we can reasonably provide. I want to also clarify (mostly for the benefit of other potential guests) that our property is not "glamping." While it offers a rustic, nature-immersed experience, it certainly provides the comfort of a house, far beyond tent camping. And as it stands even international premier league footballers have been more enthusiastic about their stay than your family. Lastly, and the reason why I haven’t replied earlier, is because the condition you left the house in was outrageous and seemingly deliberate. It was filthy, with rubbish everywhere, and we have never seen it so bad. This is far below the standard of cleanliness we expect from our guests. Regards Luigi and Elena

Barbara, la ringrazio dei suoi suggerimenti che sono stati accettati immediatamente. Quest'anno a causa del Covid non abbiamo potuto curare personalmente la manutenzione della casa. Per quanto riguarda il costo dell'energia elettrica, essendo enormemente variabile, a causa dell'uso dell'aria condizionata e dell'illuminazione giardino ( 240 faretti !); penso sia corretto che ogni ospite paghi in base al consumo.
