The unit was as pictured andComfortable. However, we were not told there was construction going on outside the units, automatic difficult to sit on the deck. Also, the ice machine and the refrigerator did not work. No did the TV in the main area. Neither one was a big deal cause we were only there for two nights, but would’ve been problematic if we had a longer stay. Easy to check in and out and a convenient location to shopping and dining.

Great place!

The overall condominium building was great. Nice pool, plenty of lounge chairs, close to beach (where you can rent a lounge chair for 10 a day!). The property was a bit dirty and had some minor repairs and cleaning that could be done. I’m giving the owner grace as we were there in the middle of college spring break so I assumed they didn’t think it was worth repairing if the next group would trash it. We did not however and enjoyed our stay. Because the items that were broken really didn’t affect our stay, I didn’t push the matter. Nice place, would stay again.

Nice stay before cruise

We stayed at this condo for 2 nights before leaving on our cruise. It was a great stay, easy walk to the beach. I would definitely stay again.

It was okay

The place was very clean but needs some upgrades and a few things fixed. But overall it was okay. Probably one of the cleanest places we have stayed in.

Spacious and Clean

Host was quick with responses and clear with instructions. Property staff was friendly from the start. The property was clean and well equipped with everything you need. No issues at all during our stay. Will definitely keep this on my list for the next time we are in the area.

1. master bed rood small refrigerator out of order - under the floor entire area water: I cleaned it and texted to owner. next day handy man came to property stayed and fixed it for 2 1/2 hours. 2. we have 4 set of bathrooms towels-it was not enough to use it with boy and 4 nights 5 days. I requested to property owner then brought 2 small towels only and one beach towel. 3. Kitchen cooking pots and pans is poor quality. And not enough cooking utensils, only 2 pods dishwasher soaps, one little small roll of paper towel. 4. Font desk not professional manner to check in. Very difficulty to find out parking lot and opened gate.

Enjoyed our vacation

The condo was a great home-base for a relaxing vacation. We loved that it was just a block from the beach and came equipped with chairs, towels and an umbrella. We also enjoyed the pool and balcony. The host was responsive to all of our questions. overall a good value.

New Years and Birthday Celebration

My family and I enjoyed this condo. The condo looks like the pictures online. It was clean. View of the condo is the pool. The pool was nice and clean. The beach is a short walk across the street from the condo located behind another hotel. We went around 9am one day and 11am another day and were able to find a space for ourselves. There was dish soap, but no clothe to wash the dishes. Also it would have been nice to have more than one set of face towel, bath towel and beach towel per person to use. Especially if you are there more than three days. We ended up having to do laundry. Each floor has a laundry room. The only real issue we had was finding the parking space the first night. Even though there are instructions the buildings are not clearly labeled and at night it gets a little confusing. We ended up asking a security guard for help who had to stop and help someone else who was also lost. The staff in the building are very nice. The owner was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. We would definitely stay again.

Nice accommodations, close to beach

The property met expectations of what was shown online and is a short walk to the beach. Liked having beach chairs, towels, and umbrella available to take to beach. Not a lot of restaurants and activities within walking distance, but grocery store and drugstore within a mile. I would recommend if looking for a beach vacation.

Nice place

Overall we had a great time . There is one couch not two and definitely not a comfortable one. We ended up hanging out in the bedrooms instead of living room . We have three kids so wasn’t a family friendly room. Very modern and nice for someone without kids. The unit itself was clean the building was OK . We enjoyed the sunshine. Beach you have to cross a busy road but not too far of a walk. It was a great trip and met lots of people at the pool . Thank you for allowing us in your apartment!
