Rural semi-detached house near Amsterdam

An idyllic new semi-detached house with a view of the Amstel River and a rear view of a fort which is part of the Amsterdam theorem. The house has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 1 bathroom on the ground floor. Bedroom and bathroom are on the first floor. There is also a separate toilet on the ground floor.

There is a small ferry to go to the other side, but the use is not necessary to explore the area. The house is centrally located. It is approximately a 30-minute drive to Amsterdam. Amstelveen is a 20-minute drive away. Restaurants and shops can be found in Uithoorn, Vinkeveen or Mijdrecht, approximately 10-15 minutes' drive away. The house is in a quiet area and has its own parking space. Outside there is still work in progress. Of course we will not work when you stay in the house.

We will do everything in our power to make your stay as pleasant as possible. It is possible to order basic food provisions such as milk, bread, butter, etc. Of course you can also bring it yourself or order it at the local supermarket. Ask for the possibilities. The area is very quiet. It is suitable for beautiful walks or bike rides. You can visit Botshol. A beautiful nature reserve where you can swim or rent a rowing boat. Or of course visit the Vinkeveense Plassen. In Vinkeveen, Uithoorn and / or Mijdrecht you can go shopping or visit restaurants. In Amstelveen you can also find various shops, theater and other entertainment venues. And Amsterdam naturally has plenty of sights. You can use the canoe to sail on the Amstel, but you can also swim in the Amstel. We do, however, advise you to put on water shoes. There is a bus stop nearby.
