Very well served by public transport, direct lines to the historic center, station, fair and stadium. Equipped with private garage.
Bright apartment on the second floor, equipped with all essential services: living room, full kitchen, double bedroom, single bedroom, complete bathroom with shower. On request a double sofa bed. All wooden parquet floor, new Daikin air conditioning system. Bed linen, kitchen and bathroom will be provided.
