Great stay

My husband and I enjoyed our last 2 nights of our trip in this very large comfortable apartment. Bed was very comfortable and lots of hot water. Very close to the train & bus to travel in Rome & to get to the airport. We recommend the Minin Holiday House!!

Home away from home

A perfect home base in Rome

We absolutely loved our 6 day stay here. Marina has thought about absolutely everything you might need during your time at her place. She was very communicative and made sure we were very comfortable. In addition, her place is in a great location, along with public transportation, to all the sites.

Great apartment and location

Apartment was cleaned and well prepared for stay with coffee and snacks. Location is great as 10 min walk to the metro to get to all interesting points. Marina helped a lot to feel like stay at home and even provided Us adapter for power outlet. Thank you very much for the great stay, Marina.

I am sorry that you did not fully appreciate the structure but I find that the review is not entirely relevant to reality, furthermore five towels were left discolored and stained and no longer usable without notifying you of the accident that occurred without the damage being pointed out to you

Lovely apartment

The apartment was just as described on the web site. It was very well appointed with amenities that made our stay more comfortable. Location was farily near the Metro for easy access to all the historical sites. Our hosts were very accommodating to our arrival schedule and attentive to any needs. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it for anyone.

Wonderful Apartment!

This apartment was really great! Clean and spacious with 2 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It had an elevator, a great cafe on the ground floor selling delicious coffee and pastries for an easy breakfast, and a balcony off of the primary bedroom with a view of a lovely church and plenty of room to dry your clothes after using the washer. The owner was meticulous with details and very generous. The bathrooms were stocked with shampoo, body wash, and hair dryers. The kitchen was stocked with snacks, and there was laundry detergent for your clothes. The apartment is about 15-20 minutes outside of center city Rome but taxis were very easy to come by. I would highly recommend this property!

We were very pleased. Would rent from this host again.

Property was as stated. The kitchen was adequate for our cooking needs and we were very comfortable there. The host provided anything you would need in the kitchen, bathroom and for laundry. She has tried to think of everything that might come up. Our only issue was the heat, which was turned off in apartments throughout Rome, on April 1st. This made for some very chilly nights in the apartment during the first 3 weeks we stayed there until the weather warmed a little. This was stated in the VERBO listing, but in Italian. Not sure why, other details were in English and this in Italian.. That said, we would seriously consider staying at this or any other property owned by the host. Marina was very warm and welcoming, and responded quickly to any questions we had during our stay.

A great stay in the Eternal City

We had a great 3-week stay in Marina's apartment. She is a very warm and welcoming host and met us at the apartment to check us in and show us around. She was always quick to respond to any inquiries, both before and during our stay. The apartment is very spacious and filled with light. The beds were very comfortable and there was always plenty of hot water. The kitchen is pretty well-equipped and we ate nearly all of our breakfasts and dinners in the apartment (we were usually too tired to go out after a day of museums or other sightseeing!). The apartment's location suited us very well: There are two Metro stops (Furio Camillo and Colle Albani) within a 10-minute walk and all of the stations for the major attractions in Rome are no more than a 10-minute ride on the Metro. We enjoyed being close to the center, but not IN the center of this very dynamic city. The neighborhood is very convenient, with two grocery stores within a 3-minute walk, as well as several greengrocers and a nice café/bistro right outside the front door. There is a lovely restaurant around the corner, Cucina Mercato, that offers delicious food at reasonable prices. We had our best dinner in Rome there! Although we never took it, there is a bus (#85) that stops in front of the apartment and goes right to the center of Rome within about 30-35 minutes if you'd prefer to avoid the metro. We loved staying here and will gladly return when we come back to Rome again!

Romtrip

Eine sehr schöne riesige Wohnung an der Via Tuscolana (Hauptverkehrsstraße) mit 2 Bädern und sehr gut ausgestatteter Küche. Um die Ecke gibt es Supermärkte, Kaffeebars etc. Die U-Bahn ist in 10 min. zu Fuß erreichbar und fährt ca. 15 min. direkt in die Innenstadt. Bei Ankunft standen Kaffee, Milch und leckere Kleinigkeiten fürs Frühstück bereit. Vielen Dank!! Wenn wir wieder mal in Rom sind, kommen wir wieder!

Would stay again

Marina had the whole apartment well stocked. There was even shampoos, conditioner, Q-tips, shaving cream, snacks, dishes, iron and board. Extra sheets, towels and blankets. There's a bistro on the bottom of the apartment and an elevator. Grocery stores all around. The metro is about a 10 to 15 minute walk. You can catch a bus across the street a few blocks down near a gas station. There are beauty salons and barbershop nearby also, even a nail salon. The only thing that was a slight problem was no heat or air. We arrived April 5th and The building owner turns off the heat April 1st. It was cooler at night but towards the end of our stay it was getting somewhat warmer but the A/C doesn't get turned on until June or July. Now Marina does mention does mention this when you are looking up the booking info but I'm American and don't read or speak Italian. A little Spanish and my husband and I were able to get around. Overall I would stay here again. Marina would come right over if we had any sort of trouble. Which we did with the hot water. But Marina came right over and fixed it. Marina is a special and wonderful person. P. S Goggle translate is very helpful. Marina aveva l'intero appartamento ben fornito. C'erano persino shampoo, balsamo, cotton fioc, crema da barba, snack, piatti, ferro e asse da stiro. Lenzuola, asciugamani e coperte extra. C'è un bistrot sul fondo dell'appartamento e un ascensore. Negozi di alimentari tutto intorno. La metropolitana è a circa 10-15 minuti a piedi. Puoi prendere un autobus dall'altra parte della strada a pochi isolati vicino a una stazione di servizio. Ci sono anche saloni di bellezza e barbiere nelle vicinanze, persino un salone di bellezza. L'unica cosa che era un piccolo problema era l'assenza di calore o aria. Siamo arrivati il 5 aprile e il proprietario dell'edificio spegne il riscaldamento il 1 aprile. Faceva più fresco di notte, ma verso la fine del nostro soggiorno stava diventando un po' più caldo, ma l'aria condizionata non si accende fino a giugno o luglio. Ora Marina menziona questo quando cerchi le informazioni sulla prenotazione, ma io sono americano e non leggo o parlo italiano. Un po' di spagnolo e io e mio marito siamo riusciti ad andare in giro. Nel complesso ci tornerei. Marina verrebbe subito se avessimo avuto problemi. Cosa che abbiamo fatto con l'acqua calda. Ma Marina è venuta subito e l'ha riparato. Marina è una persona speciale e meravigliosa. P.S. Google translate aiuta

Bellissima vacanza

La casa è veramente accogliente, comoda e molto centrale! Fornitissima, ci siamo trovati benissimo già nei primi 5 minuti. Ottima per una vacanza di famiglia, tantissimi negozi e ristoranti nelle vicinanze e la bellissima chiesa di Santa Maria Ausiliatrice davanti - una vista indimenticabile. Torneremo!

Appartamento ampio, praticamente nuovo, ottimamente arredato e con grande cura in ogni dettaglio. Grande disponibilità dell'host, nonostante i nostri cambi di programma. A 10 minuti a piedi c'è la metro o davanti casa il bus che porta in centro. In massimo una mezzoretta da casa arrivate a Termini. Zona densamente abitata, con moltissimi negozi nel raggio di pochi minuti. Se arrivate con l'auto dovrete avere un po' di fortuna (io l'ho avuta, poi non l'ho più mossa ...) oppure parcheggiare a pagamento quasi sotto casa ad un prezzo comunque accessibile

Un soggiorno davvero piacevole

L'appartamento è molto bello, nuovo e curato fin nei minimi dettagli. Non manca nulla e anche la pulizia è accurata. Ci siamo stati comodamente in cinque persone. La proprietaria, Marina, è davvero gentile e ospitale, disponibile e attenta ad ogni necessità. Esperienza da ripetere!

très bon accueil de la propriétaire , à l'écoute de ses clients.Nous sommes satisfait de notre séjour , l'appartement est parfait pour 2 couples , beaucoup d'espace, le plus c'est la salle de bain et les toilettes pour chaque chambre.
