Casa frente al mar diseñada por el arquitecto de Skaneateles Andy Ramsgard. Ventanas y puertas de piso a techo con vista al lago en sala, cocina, comedor y dormitorio principal. Pisos de caoba en todas partes. 3 dormitorios en la planta baja: el dormitorio principal tiene una cama king, el dormitorio de invitados tiene una cama queen, el dormitorio para niños tiene 2 literas, el loft del segundo piso tiene 2 áreas para dormir, cada una con una cama queen, para 12 personas; 2 baños completos, cocina con encimeras de granito, vitrocerámica Jenn-Air, todos los electrodomésticos nuevos, que incluyen lavaplatos, horno, microondas, lavadora y secadora. La sala de estar tiene chimenea, TV de plasma de pantalla plana de 42 'con servicio satelital Direct TV + paquete de canales deportivos. Gran terraza de varios niveles con bañera de hidromasaje (nueva bañera de hidromasaje con chorros e iluminación en la bañera instalada en septiembre '12), barbacoa de gas, mesa, sillas, 4 sillas ADK, 2 sillones. Playa de arena con declive gradual, ideal para niños pequeños, área de juegos de arena grande, hoguera, bote Boston Whaler con motor 9. 9hp, kayak para 2 personas. Abierto todo el año.

My family stayed in this house in 2017, 2018 and now 2025. Unfortunately, since 2018 the property has not been well maintained. We were there for a week and I reported to the owner was that a neighbors dog was continually in the yard. After texting the owner the dog came back every day. In fairness, the owner did try, but I didn't want to spend the week texting about stuff that was not going to be resolved. The house desperately needs a deep clean. Every corner/fan has significant dust/spiders/webs/bugs. The dust on the overhead lights is significant and if you look in the heat registers the dust is nearly a 1/4" thick. We tighten one of the lights because when the washer runs (doors do not close - it is loud) it shakes the lights. The chairs by the fire needed the spiders to be brushed off and deck was covered in pine needles. It would seem this should have been done prior to our arrival. The couch does not look anything like the picture posted - buttons are torn off and it is very worn. The lights in the bedroom as you walk in dim for no reason and the light in the bathroom shower stopped work the 2nd to last day were there. The hot tub actually registered 108 and we had to remove water and fill it with the hose. The deck is really bad shape. My 2 year old nephew went to look through the spindles and the spindle moved - this was terrifying. The boat takes on water and the deck is missing a large piece of a stairs which a pet or small child could trip on. So much more.

The hot tub didn’t work, the master bath sink was backed up and the garbage disposal was broken. We had a “repair man” in our rental for 3 days out of our 6 days there. He brought the part needed to fix the hot tube but couldn’t figure out how to fix it. He said he needed to read the directions at home and he would be back.. he never returned. A new deck is needed..nails are popping out and wood is very worn. the place is nice but needs some attention.

Fantastic week with family at a gorgeous home!!

Our family reunites every summer at a house in the ADKs. This house did not disappoint!! The view from the deck was spectacular. Plenty of room for lots of people on the deck. Great sandy area for spike ball, corn hole, sand castles, etc. The water was so nice. Warm enough to soak for hours! The house had everything you need to prep your meals for the week. Grill looked brand new and was perfect for our group. The bedrooms were clean and ideal size. We loved the round table in front of the sofa! Lots of games played there! This house is the nicest place we have rented in 10 years! It checked the boxes of beach, # of bedrooms, large common area inside and outside. The owners were so easy to contact and work with. We would definitely come back again!

We loved the property ;-) It was clean, neat, and comfortable for 6 adults. The deck and lake access was as advertised and amazing. The open concept floor plan was just what we wanted and gave use space to have a puzzle going as well as games at the large coffee table with plenty of space to lounge on the rain days. We spent most of the time in the water, on the beach, or on the deck. The view was fabulous. The dogs loved the easy access to the water and the gated deck was so helpful. The loft beds were very comfortable with private nooks, but if mobility is an issue it may not be for everyone as it is a ladder access. The kitchen is fully equipped, however would benefit from some plasticware or glassware with lids for leftovers. Hayes and Tina responded quickly with all questions and we didn't have any issues. Overall it was an A+ stay and we would highly recommend.

Perfect!!

Our stay was absolutely perfect! This beautiful property is amazing! Owners are very prompt at answering any questions. The area is breathtaking and the house is very private. We felt like we had the whole lake to ourselves! Plenty of kayaks and paddleboards on hand for the whole group to enjoy. We took the motor boat out everyday and caught some very nice trout! The enclosed deck was great with our dogs, and the view....just WOW! We got to hear the loons nearly every evening as well as a couple of days at sunrise. Might be one of the most beautiful, peaceful places on earth! Hoping to book again in the future, thanks for a great trip!!!

Perfect for a small family reunion

Beautiful house and location on the lake. Such fun with the boats, the fire bit at the beach, hot tub, board games. Comfortable beds, clean house, nicely stocked kitchen. Great deck. Would recommend!

TROUT LAKE BEACH HOUSE

My family and I sincerely appreciate the time we spent at the beautiful Trout Lake Beach House. Our kids, grandkids, siblings and other family members enjoyed your house and all of it's amenities very much. The beach, boat, kayaks and multiple decks, among others, were all very much fun and functional! We especially appreciate the prompt action of the property owners with the few questions that we did have. We hope to come back someday!

Seemed like a secret i wish i knew about earlier!!

The pics on the listing dont do this place justice. It was amazing!!! Trout Lake is such a beautiful, quiet lake. Even on the weekends there were hardly any motor boats. We loved all the outdoor seating and use of the kayaks and SUPs. The sandy beach is a lovely addition that extends into the water, allowing everyone to avoid the slippery rocks. I was concerned that the house might be hot at night, but all the trees, windows, and three sliding doors allow the breeze to move through and keep things totally comfortable. They had lots of fans too. The home was beautiful inside and out. Would love to return!!

Amazing memorial day weekend

I was absolutely blown away on how beautiful this property is! The lake, the house, the amenities, everything was perfect. It was just the 7 of us celebrating my birthday. We went out on the lake with the paddleboards/kayaks. We didn't use the boat. None of us knew how to operate it lol. Grill was great to use for bbq foods. The weather was even perfect during that weekend. There's a quaint little store not even 5 mins away from where we were. So just in case we needed a few items we forgot, we were able to purchase at this grocery store. The only thing that glitched was the tv stopped connecting to the wifi. We were watching the basketball game via screen mirroring and the tv stopped streaming. We turned off the tv, rebooted it, even did a factory reset. The tv did not want to connect to the wifi. I have 3 samsung tv at home so once in a while they'll glitch for no reason. The only other way to reset it would he to physically unplug the tv from the wall and wait a few seconds however the tv was mounted on the wall where you cannot unplug the tv. It wasn't a big deal for us adults since we were there to enjoy the lake. The only teenager there (he's 14) was annoyed the tv didn't work lol. Eventually we got him to come out and enjoy time with the adults. Again, beautiful home and they had everything you needed in the kitchen. That made cooking a lot easier for me. Can't wait to book it again next year!!

A Little Slice of Heaven

We initially booked this property for 10 family members to attend a nearby college graduation but those plans changed so my fiance and I used it as a much needed weekend getaway. Our first impression was WOW! Before unpacking the car we just took in the gorgeous views of the lake from the deck. Once back inside, the many windows allowed us to enjoy the view all day long. We had read the reviews so we knew to bring groceries for meals for the weekend. The kitchen is beautifully apportioned and we found all the tools, utensils, and dishes we needed. The weather wasn't great for being outdoors but we did take the motorboat out for a tour of the lake and discovered the loons' nest after hearing their serenade! If we did have the 10 of us stay, we had some concerns .. the ladder to get to the 2 beds in the loft area was sturdy but felt "steep" to climb up and down for me (age 57) so not sure about usefulness of that area for older adults. The gas grill worked great but if you have 12 people to feed it isn't quite big enough. We didn't find any grocery or convenient stores nearby so bring everything you need! In the end, knowing what to expect, we would book this property again but probably not for 10-12 guests.

Nice place for the weekend

Property was very nice, clean, and large enough for us. The only downside was the lack of shades on the windows in the bedrooms, by dawn everyone was up since we were lucky enough to have sun. It's beautiful but difficult to sleep.
