Cubo's Finca El Balcón de las Lomas is a 150 m² property that offers all the comforts for a comfortable and exclusive stay. Situated on a hilltop, this fenced estate guarantees maximum privacy, with high walls that isolate the neighbouring house, creating a peaceful and safe environment for the whole family. 🚗🔒 The spacious car park allows children to play freely and safely within the enclosed plot.



The outdoor areas are divided into three main zones: a porch with a summer kitchen equipped with a gas barbecue, hob and sink, ideal for family lunches in the shade; a wooden pergola with a sturdy table for enjoying unforgettable outdoor meals; and a pool and hot tub area (with additional cost) lit up for refreshing or relaxing whilst taking in the impressive views. 🌞🍖💦



Inside, the modern open-plan kitchen with high-end appliances and a window overlooking the pool offers a bright and functional space, connected to a cosy lounge with fireplace and television, perfect for warm evenings and family time. 🔥📺



The lower floor has three double bedrooms, all with fitted wardrobes, external windows that provide natural light and individual air conditioning for total comfort. On the upper attic floor there are two bedrooms with single beds and a small lounge with sofa bed and television, ideal for accommodating two extra guests. 🛏️❄️



The accommodation features a sophisticated WIFI system for indoor and outdoor use, ensuring connection in all areas. Additionally, please note that during your stay there may be pool and outdoor maintenance, with prior notice given to the guest. 🖥️📶



For families with babies, a cot and high chair are included upon request, and the accommodation has two bathrooms, one of which is located in the outdoor area next to the barbecue. There is also a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer for added convenience. 👶🍼🛁



It is important to mention that the outdoor jacuzzi has an extra supplement that must be booked at least two days before arrival. 🛁✨

📌 Booking Conditions

🔹 Mandatory deposit before check-in (refundable 48 hours after inspection).

🔹 Pets welcome upon request with a weight of less than 5kg. A maximum of two pets per booking are admitted, with an additional supplement applied for each one not included in the booking. 🐾

🔹 Parties and noise during rest hours are not permitted.

🔹 It is recommended to purchase travel insurance.

⏰ IMPORTANT: Arrivals from 21:00 onwards incur an additional cost that must be paid at check-in.
