Magnifique semaine au coeur d'un beau domaine. Nous avons profité au maximum de la cuisine d'été au bord de la piscine!Proche de tout (Intermarché à 2min), possibilité d'aller cueillir vos fruits et légumes, visite de Narbonne et Carcassonne à faire!Un bémol, la piscine qui etait un peu fraßche !

Mooi, groot en fijn verblijf met zwembad op een mooie lokatie

We zijn terug thuis van een fijn verblijf in de mooie woning met zwembad van Mr en Mevr Guardia. De woning bevindt zich op een groot domein van 15ha, dat beplant werd met talloze bomen.De vriendelijke eigenaars wonen op hetzelfde domein, maar de gehuurde woning situeert zich zo, dat de privacy volledig gerespecteerd wordt. Zeer geriefelijke en ruime woning, met alles erop en eraan. We hebben er als gezin een fijne vakantie beleefd. Hartelijk dank!

SĂ©jour au calme parfait !

Notre sĂ©jour dans la villa s’est super bien passĂ©. La maison est spacieuse avec tout ce dont nous avions besoin, Ă©galement pour notre fils de 2 ans. Acceuil parfait et Sandra Ă©tait toujours Ă  disposition en cas de question concernant la maison ou si nous cherchions des chouettes choses Ă  voir/faire! Il y a pleins de jolis endroits pas loin de la maison. Nous reviendrions sans hĂ©siter! Merci beaucoup!

Wir hatten zwei super Wochen bei Sandra. Im Haus ist wirklich alles vorhanden, es ist sehr sauber und die Besitzer sehr nett. Der Pool war sehr warm und die Lage des Hauses liegt perfekt, um zahlreiche AusflĂŒge machen zu können. Supermarkt zu Fuß erreichbar Merci pour tous Stefanie

Superbes vacances dans cette belle villa

Suite à notre semaine de vacances au sein de votre maison, nous avons passé avec mes amis de superbes vacances dans ce lieu. Nicolas et Cindy nous ont réservé un trÚs bon accueil avec toutes les explications nécessaires pour passer un bon sejour. Voisins trÚs discrets et présent en cas de besoin. Il n'y a rien de négatif sur cette location: - cadre magnifique et trÚs calme - superbe pisicne avec son espace - maison trÚs bien équipée - nombreux commerces à proximité - proche de Narbonne et Narbonne Plage pour profiter des visites et de la plage - assez d'espace, de lits pour 6 adultes Je recommande cette location sans hésiter.

Maison agrĂ©able, accueil sympathique, dans un bel endroit. PrĂ©cision, la maison est mitoyenne mĂȘme si lors de notre sĂ©jour les habitants n'ont quasiment pas Ă©tĂ©s prĂ©sent, seul point nĂ©gatif des chiens se trouvent dans cette partie de la maison et forcĂ©ment se font entendre mais le problĂšme fut rĂ©gler rapidement. À part ce petit problĂšme sĂ©jour trĂšs agrĂ©able.

Annonce trompeuse et propreté de la maison en dessous de tout.

Quand vous regardez l'annoce, il n''est pas expliquĂ© qu'il n'y a qu'une salle de bains pour toute la maison. Il y a bien une douche Ă  l'exterieur mais dans un Ă©tat pitoyable Ă  notre arrivĂ©e. Cette maison convient pour maximum 4 adultes mais n'est pas adaptĂ©e pour 6 adultes. A notre arrivĂ©e, deux lits Ă©taient prĂȘts et heureusement que nous sommes arrivĂ©s quand la femme de mĂ©nage Ă©tait encore presente pour lui signaler qu'il fallait trois lits. Ensuite, la propretĂ©, en un mot : pitoyable. Nous avons payĂ© cher pour le nettoyage, c'est affolant, un exemple : un morceau de sopalin passĂ© sur l'Ă©tagĂšre de la salle de bains et : tout noir, incroyable. Je pense que nous n'avons pas les mĂȘmes notions pour le nettoyage. Ce qui n'est pas notĂ©, c'est qu'il y a une maison juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© et qu'il y a 4 chiens.....et que deux chambres donnent directement sur la cour, les voisins Ă©tant aussi en vacances, les chiens Ă©taient trĂ©s agitĂ©s et venaient gratter aux fenĂȘtres toute la nuit....que du bonheur..... C'est malheureux car l'emplacement est bien et la propriĂ©tĂ© est assez jolie de l'exterieur, la personne qui dvait s'occuper de la piscine est venu deux fois sur 15 jours, le reste du temps c'est nous qui avons nettoyer la piscine, avec le vent, il y a assez bien de saletĂ©s qui volent et tombent dans l'eau. En rĂ©sumĂ©, c'est la deception car les congĂ©s c'est important !!

La maison est extrĂȘmement confortable et bien Ă©quipĂ©e. La piscine et les extĂ©rieurs sont exceptionnels! L'accueil par les gardiens trĂšs convivial. La situation : proche des plages mais avec le calme de la campagne, le canal du midi, des petits villages Ă  visiter

Immaculate private property

Beautiful bungalow, pool and outbuildings in quiet surroundings. Four adults and a two year old all enjoyed the place and were looked after well by owners, despite our language deficiencies. Excellent restaurants within a five mile radius. Aim to return as soon as possible.
