Un nuevo apartamento con todos los accesorios. Zona muy centralizada y de moda junto al río (en Mitte y cerca de Kreuzberg). Super tranquilo vecindario con estacionamiento subterráneo y un cuarto para guardar bicicletas cerrado. A 5 minutos a pie de la estación Jannowitzbrücke (líneas S y U). 12 minutos a pie de Alexanderplatz.

Un nuevo apartamento de 3 habitaciones con todos los accesorios necesarios.

Lugar muy deseado en Mitte y cerca de Kreuzberg en un barrio súper tranquilo.

2 dormitorios y una sala de estar. Apto hasta un máximo de 5 personas.

Incluyendo un estacionamiento subterráneo, un cuarto cerrado para guardar bicicletas.

Comfortable apartment in central location

Apartment was comfortable, well stocked, and close to trains and conveniences. You can get around easily to see the sites from the nearby UBahn and SBahn lines. Apartment is in a nice building with community courtyard. Owner was easy to communicate with and accommodating. It was a good place to recharge on our trip!

Comfortable and well kept apartment

The apartment is exactly as listed and well equipped. It is in a new and very carefully tended complex with rooms to a quiet patio. It only lacked a high chair for the infant but we did not communicate the need in advance.

Great location one stop from Alexander Platz

Nice, clean apartment near metro stops and close to Berlin Mitte. Owner is very responsive to issues and questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location and lovely apartment

The apartment was clean, well kept and had everything we needed for a 3 night stay. It was close to several stations on the S and U lines and not far from Alexanderplatz. We’d definitely stay there again.

Best Berlin stay

Came with a group of runner moms to the Berlin Marathon. The apartment was close to transit and walking to multiple restaurants. Adorable balcony and enjoyable space to relax when we weren’t touring. The marathon course runs right by the apartment which would be great if you came with family.

Great stay in Berlin

Stayed at the apartment for a week, it’s a lovely space and has everything you need. It’s in a great location close to a train station but also walkable to some lovely restaurants along the river. We had one problem during our stay but was able to contact the host without any issues. We would definitely recommend this apartment.

A wonderful week in Berlin

The location was excellent with easy access to s- and u-Bahn. The host was really responsive with all communications. The apartment was very clean and well maintained. We would definitely look to stay there again when we visit Berlin.

Nice Apartment

The apartment is exactly as listed, we really enjoyed it. We had a few issues getting the key but owner sorted it out and it wasn’t a problem. Clean, tidy, lots of towels and sheets and everything to cook. Location is good aswell, fairly quiet but close to major station and not far from bars and restaurants.

Fabulous apartment in a central location

Ofir’s flat was a wonderful home base for our trip to Berlin. As artists, we wanted to visit as many galleries and museums as possible. The proximity to museum island was great, and the convenience of the S and U nearby couldn’t be better. I would stay here again! If you book, so be sure to go to chicken box around the corner for an inexpensive delicious meal. It’s unassuming but one of the best falafel pockets I’ve had!

Great time in Berlin

Super location. Clean. Grateful for dish soaps, towels, bath products— makes it so much easier for travelers. Could walk to grocery cafe, bakery. Being new travelers to Germany, we were confused on some of the policies but Ofir was responsive to our questions. Thank you!

Beautiful apartment in a great location

Beautiful apartment, very spacious with everything you need. Check in was straight forward with the host leaving detailed instructions. The train station is just around the corner. Communication with the host was very good with any questions promptly answered. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Great location with access to everything

The apartment is just as described: very clean and extremely well located, just a short walk to the junction of several transportation options and a pleasant walk to many sights. The owner communicates efficiently and responds quickly, and check-in could not have been easier. We were comfortable here as an older couple with one of our adult children, but I would hesitate to book this place if I had young children, as the furnishings, while lovely, are not child-friendly, and there are strict requirements about noise. Parking is available, but as a traveler you do not need a car here.

Great Berlin Location

This apartment is well located as we were near many transportation options on the S and U lines. It was easy to get from the airport, and we were going to the Laver Cup, so easy to train or even walk to the Uber Arena as well as getting to all the tours we took. It is also close to the river an numerous beer gardens along it. The location is very residential and so close to grocery and convenience stores as well as restaurants. The apartment is situated in the center portion of the building (4th floor, 5th floor US, nice new elevator) bisecting the courtyard. It is very quiet and peaceful (and we are quiet people) and had a great cross breeze with the windows open. There is construction in the neighborhood and we heard none of it. The balcony is great to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning, or a meal, or just to relax. The residences really go all out on their gardens, so nice views of the courtyard and balcony gardens. The apartment is large and although there is only one bathroom, it is quite large with plenty of space at the sink for all your grooming needs, and great water pressure in the shower. Ofir was very responsive and helpful. I recommend this property and would stay here again.

Empfehlenswerte Ferienwohnung

Sehr gepflegte Anlage in ruhiger Umgebung mit kurzem Weg zur S-Bahn, netter Bäcker und tolles Gewürz- und Kaffee Geschäft direkt in der Nähe.Ferienwohnung großzügig und Küche gut ausgestattet. Es gab mehr als genug Handtücher, Toilettenpapier usw. Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer war für uns nicht bequem und wackelte beim Hinsetzen, außerdem hat ein Couchtisch gefehlt, an dem man hätte spielen können. Im Schlafzimmer stand noch der Wäscheständer mit Handtüchern. Schön wäre in jedem Schlafzimmer ein Sessel gewesen und es war nur eine Nachtischlampe für 4 Schlafplätze vorhanden.Insgesamt würden wir die Wohnung wieder buchen.

Modernes Appartement in zentraler Lage

Die Wohnung war in sehr gutem Zustand entsprechend der Beschreibung und hatte alles was man braucht! Wir haben uns auch in der unmittelbaren Umgebung wohl gefühlt! Man ist in wenigen Gehminuten am Alexanderplatz. Die Wohnung verfügt zum Essen nur über Barhocker an der Kücheninsel. Für kleine Kinder wäre ein normaler Tisch mit Stühlen vorteilhaft.
