Maravilloso apartamento con terraza en el centro de la ciudad.

El apartamento está ubicado en el antiguo distrito del Ghetto, dentro de una magnífica villa de estilo Art Nouveau, que data de principios del siglo XX. Es un lugar que se siente como en casa, ideal para pasar su estadía cómodamente y en completo descanso, también gracias a la magnífica terraza con vista al jardín interno.
El apartamento acaba de ser renovado, y es por esta razón que todavía no tenemos muchas críticas, pero se estudia en detalle y ofrece todo tipo de comodidades por períodos cortos y largos. ¡Estamos seguros de que lo pasarás genial!

El antiguo distrito del Ghetto es uno de los lugares más fascinantes y céntricos de la ciudad, un punto de partida ideal para descubrir Roma, donde puedes caminar sin rumbo por los tradicionales "callejones" del vecindario.
Todas las áreas culturalmente interesantes están a poca distancia.
Solo tome unos pasos para encontrarse en Via dei Giubbonari con sus tiendas y vida nocturna, para llegar a Campo de 'Fiori y Piazza Farnese.
A pocos minutos a pie se encuentra la Piazza Venezia, el Foro Romano, el Panteón y las calles comerciales centrales.
El Vaticano también está a solo 15 minutos en autobús. En resumen, el lugar ideal para quedarse!

Loved the large balcony with area for dining, the high ceilings and spacious living room and main bedroom. The kitchen was fully stocked to actually cook. It's a lovely neighborhood as well.

Beautiful apartment in Rome. It was within great walking distance to see many sights, and was well stocked with everything that you would need for a comfortable stay. Perfectly decorated, and modern amenities. Highly recommend for anyone who wants a great accommodation in Rome!

It was a great location. Quiet, secure, and easy to walk to all main attractions. Loved the washing machine. Quaint. Common area was great. Clean and the owner was easy to communicate with. Mother/daughter stay which was very comfortable. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Great location 100 m to Jewish ghetto, and was within walking distance of so many sights. Stayz website / communication confusing but Carlo was excellent. Overall clean but courtyard a bit grimy / could have been swept as we spent lots of time here. Obvious cobwebs on kitchen ceiling. Bathrooms excellent. Overall we were very happy

Wonderful apartment, centrally located close to all major attractions. 10 to 15 minutes walks to pantheon, forum, Trevi fountain and major squares. We loved the neighborhood filled with restaurants and close by a small supermarket Perfect Terrance for breakfast and late night wine and cheese. One point, the second bedroom is a pullout sofa in the living room not a separate room.

Spacious and airy apartment in Rome

Great stay at this apartment- checkin was fast and easy and host let us know local restaurant and cafes to check out! Building was beautiful and apartment had plenty of space for the four of us.

Das Apartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Bäder sind sauber. Weiche und viele Handtücher, Seifen & Shampoos stehen zur Verfügung. Die Küche ist so ausgestattet, dass man gut kochen kann. Einziger Haken ist die große Straße am Tiber. Wir hatten gute Ohrstöpsel dabei, die für einen ruhigen Schlaf gesorgt haben.

Beautiful accommodations and central location

The apartment in the Jewish Ghetto was beautiful with high ceilings, large bathrooms and comfortable beds. The balcony is a huge plus to unwind after a long day. It is situated in a perfect location being a 15-30 minute walk to most sites. Trastevere is right across the river with numerous restaurants and tavernas. Would definitely stay here again. Carlo was quick to answer the phone or respond to my texts with any questions that I had.

A Perfect Location in Rome

This was my fifth visit to Rome and by far the most perfect location to walk in any direction. And talk about “a room with a view”looking over the Tiber River. Very hard to beat overall.

Excellent Rome Location

This apartment is ultra convenient across a boulevard from the river in the Jewish Ghetto. The host was very accessible, his notes were accurate and helpful. The apartment was clean and was presented as advertised. All necessary items for a week stay are provided. We walked to all main attractions as most are within 30 mins. Public and private transportation are convenient and abundant. We enjoyed our first trip to Rome. The apartment made the daily needs easy due to nearby groceries as well as the proximity to Trastevere and its abundance of quality restaurants. This apartment is highly recommended for explorers and active travelers.

Beautiful terrace

The apartment is very updated and everything you need was provided. Tha terrace was wonderful to have and great for enjoying morning coffee or a drink after a long day of sightseeing. We would stay here again.

Die Wohnung war perfekt für unsere Reise! Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet und liegt sehr zentral, so dass die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Besonders gut hat uns der große Balkon gefallen. Carlo als Vermieter war immer sehr gut zu erreichen und konnte alle Fragen beantworten. Lärmempfindliche Gäste werden sich vielleicht an den Geräuschen der nahe Straße am Tiber entlang stören. Für alle anderen nur zu empfehlen!

A Relaxing Retreat with an Opportunity to Explore Many Sites in Rome!

Lovely, airy apartment with charming patio to dine, relax and enjoy the view. Very comfortable with ample space for entertaining, sleeping, etc. The gated building made for a very safe environment. The surrounding areas afforded many choices in dining, shopping and sitting with friends to enjoy a glass of wine along with being within walking distance from many historic sites or a short bus ride. Carlo, our host, was always available to answer any questions that would arise and would do so promptly. Would highly recommend this wonderful, quiet apartment!

Wonderful stay!

We stayed here prior to our adventures in Puglia. This apartment was clean and bright and the perfect size for us! My husband, 2 daughters and a friend we were traveling with all stayed here comfortably. The location is beyond ideal- walk to most of the sites and neighborhoods we wanted to see and steps from ancient ruins. There is a supermarket within walking distance and the hotel on the corner (Citizen M) will call taxis for you if needed. The outdoor space was a nice addition. The only thing I would change is the furniture on the patio, as the table and chairs are aged and sturdy so don't expect comfortable relaxation on the deck, but again nice to have in the evenings. Also, if traveling in the summer months, as we were, ask for specific instructions on how to use the AC if unfamiliar with European systems. We visited during high heat, full sun days, followed the instructions in the home guide book, but didn't get the AC on until the end of day 2. Luckily, the building was not crazy hot, but you will need AC if visiting in the summer months and touring in the heat all day. Owner was quick to communicate and helped us get it going. It worked quickly and cooled off the main areas nicely. Communication was stellar, and all questions/needs attended to quickly. Overall, really wonderful stay and way to begin our trip! I'd stay again! Thank you for your hospitality!

Perfect Location, Safe Neighborhood

We enjoyed staying at the condo. The location is very central and made it easy to walk to all the sites. Communication was easy and Carlo was very helpful in making sure we got everything we needed. I gave a four for cleanliness only because the door on the small shower kept coming off the track and water kept leaking out and we were not able to use the balcony because it was very dusty and the furniture was all dirty. But overall, we would stay there again as most of our time was spent exploring the area.

Amazing find!

Our family of 5 (kids 18,14 & 9) had such a great stay at Carlo’s property! We were so impressed my the apartment and area it was located in. The apartment was clean, comfortable and bright. We walked to all attractions and even home from the Vatican in the evening. So much to see and do. The area in which the apartment is located is safe and has amazing restaurants, gelato and pizza close by. Our family loved sitting out on the terrace with coffee and pastries in the morning from a near by shop. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer! Carlo was very easy to communicate with and was on top of everything prior to our stay. Thank you so much for providing a wonderful place to stay for our families first trip to Rome!

Excellent Rome Apartment

The apartment is spacious, clean, and has all the amenities you’ll need. We loved the blackout window treatments that allowed us to sleep in and the AC was fantastic. The location is great and everything is walkable. As we are from the US and are used to dryers, we would have liked a unit with a dryer but we were able to wash and hang dry everything. Highly recommend staying here!!

This place was phenomenal! The location was super great to walk to any attraction you wanted to see in the city center. Carlo was a great host and stayed in touch the whole visit, checking in. There was enough space for our family of 4.

Outstanding flat in excellent location

Lovely flat exactly as described. Excellent location in secure neighborhood. Comfortable beds and baths with everything you could need for your stay. Communication with the property manager was outstanding. Always helpful and kind. We will stay again when in Rome.

Perfect Location

Great communication, clean, everything you need, easy to get in, out. Felt safe area. Busy street near by, didnt hear it at night. Easy access to walk to everything. Couple age, 60s. We would definitely stay again.

Spacious comfortable apartment

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this property. The apartment is well appointed and the host is responsive and accommodating. The bathrooms were clean and spacious, however the showers have variable pressure and not enough hot water. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds very comfortable. There were not enough bath towels. That is our only complaint. The side of the apartment is on a street near a hospital so there were ambulance sirens, but as former New Yorkers this did not bother us. We loved the location and highly recommend this property. We would book this again.
