Élégant mais sombre

Maison très bien équipée et élégamment meublée, mais très sombre et sans possibilité de se tenir à l'extérieur (moustiques). Très bons contacts avec le gardien, toujours prêt à intervenir. Nous n'avons vu la propriétaire que très rapidement à notre arrivée. Dommage

Nice house with beautiful views over Turin and the Alps

Perfect place for our visit to Turin and all the rest of the Piedmonte. Beautiful view over city and the Alps from the terasses aound the house. The house has everything you need and especially nice were all the Airco's throughout the house as it was very hot. Easy drive into Turin and all surrounding sites . The owners were on holiday but the caretakers of the house were very friendly and helpfull but only spoke Italian. We managed with hands and feets. One comment on the negative site is that we had several days that we intended to go for a shower in the morning and we had no water. Watering the garden was appearantly the reason for that, stopping that gave us the water. That being said, we had a very pleasant stay close to the city and area we love. Charming house on a lovely estate

This property is in a lovely section of Turin, out of the way, but with easy access to the city center by bus. The estate is owned by the friendliest European couple who were busy with their own summer plans, but there is care-taker on site at all times. Thank goodness for google translator! As we have experienced many times, the true measure of a great rental experience is not perfection (which is so rare) but truly caring and responsive property owners who make every effort to rapidly find solutions to problems which inevitably arise.

Excellent

Dear Henda and Andrea, It's been a while since we stayed in your house. Everything was excellent and Andrea the best host every. Your house matches the description perfectly and we couldn't think of a better place to stay. Turin is a beautiful city and offers all you need. Thanks again for letting us hire your house and we would recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet and perfect place to stay in Turin. Joli Havre de paix

Un petit mot pour faire état de notre séjour dans la jolie maison mise à notre disposition à Turin par Henda et André (Andrea). Ces derniers nous ont accueilli chaleureusement comme si nous faisions partie de leur famille, disponible à partager quelques moments de bonheur avec nous. Turin se trouve situé dans une vallée traversée par le fleuve Pô. La résidence de nos hôtes, siège sous le parc municipal Europa, lequel se situe sur les hauteurs d’une colline surplombant la ville. Ainsi inscrutée dans les hauteurs, la résidence permet une vue sur une bonne portion de la Cité, et par temps clair sur les Alpes et le Mont Blanc que l’on peut nettement discerner sur la ligne d’horizon. Notre séjour en ce lieu a été des plus agréable, la résidence offrant un havre de paix ou il fait bon séjourner après une journée à déambuler en quête de nouvelles découvertes. Le quartier ici est calme, seulement occasionnellement légèrement troublé par le passage d’un hélicoptère transportant des blessés à l’hopital se trouvant dans le champs de vision de la maison et de l’autre coté du fleuve, à plus un moins un km à vol d’oiseau, la distance se trouvant difficile à jaugeer. Au cours de la semaine, nous l’aurons entendu à quelques reprises, mais ce ne fut jamais gênant. Aux fins de minimiser les déplacements avec notre véhicule automobile, nous accédions au coeur de la ville historique par le truchement des transports en communs. Pour ce faire nous n’avions qu’à marcher la rue ou se trouve la résidence jusqu’au pied de la côte et prendre un autobus nous conduisant en une vingtaine de minute à distance de marche, des principaux attraits touristiques de la Cité. Si vous êtes du type marathonien, vous trouverez, sur la rue Corso Moncalieri , à proximité de la résidence, une passerelle enjambant le fleuve et donnant accès sur un parcours boisé longeant le fleuve. Vous pourrez ainsi courir quelques kilomètres en jetant de temps à autre un regard furtif sur les rameurs tentant de se coordonner dans leurs canot de course. Pour ceux n’ayant plus des jambes de jouvenceaux, il faudra, si l’on envisage de se dispenser des cheveaux vapeur pour circuler dans la ville, considérer l’ascension des 2 ou 300 mêtres séparant la maison de la rue Corso Moncalieri située en contrebas. La pente à gravir est raide, mais si l’on prend le temps de la faire lentement, on y parviens en incitant le palpitant à battre un peu plus vigoureusement qu’à son ordinaire. Nous avons réalisé ce pa

What a wondelful villa up on the hills!

Perfect place for us during our visit in Turin. Beautiful view over city. Peaceful place with nice garden and only 30 minutes walk to Valentino Park. The owner couple is very frienly and helpful.

Einfach perfekt!!

Wir waren bereits in sehr vielen Domizilen in ganz Italien, aber dieses Haus in den östlichen Hügeln von Turin wird uns ganz sicher im Gedächtnis bleiben. Unsere Anreise war für das Vermieterehepaar relativ plötzlich, da wir erst anriefen, als wir nach einer über Navi punktgenauen Anfahrt direkt vor dem eisernen Einfahrtstor standen. Uns wurde jedoch prompt geöffnet und wir wurden sehr herzlich vom Ehemann der Vermieterin begrüßt, mit der Entschuldigung, dass das Haus noch nicht fertig sei, da man uns erst später erwartet hätte, unsere Schuld. Noch nicht fertig hieß, dass die Musik noch nicht eingeschaltet war, die frischen Blumen nicht in der Vase und der Prosecco im silbernen Kühlgefäß samt Gläser noch nicht bereitstand! Das Haus war sehr sauber in einem Top-Zustand. Die sehr geschmackvolle Einrichtung mit viel Liebe zum Detail begeisterte uns ebenso, wie die komplette Ausstattung: Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Toaster, Nespresso-Automat, Filterkaffeemaschine, Porzellan, Glas, Pfannen usw. in mehr als ausreichender Anzahl. Und nochmal, alles in Top-zustand und sauber. Überhaupt ist die Küche ein italienischer Traum, mit direktem Ausgang zum gemütlichen Freisitz. Nach einer Stunde kam dann nochmals der Vermieter mit frischen Blumen und tatsächlich einer Flasche eisgekühltem Prosecco. Dazu gab es Tabs von Nespresso und zwei Flaschen Wasser. Wir waren wiederum begeistert! Unser Fahrzeug konnten wir auf eigenem Parkplatz direkt gegenüber vom Haus innerhalb des Grundstücks, welches durch zwei automatische, eiserne Tore gesichert ist abstellen. Auch die Lage war für uns perfekt. Das Stadtzentrum ist mit dem Auto völlig problemlos in 10min. erreichbar. Garagenparkplätze gibt es dort zur genüge. Ein weiterer Vorteil der Lage ist zum einen die herrliche Aussicht über Turin mit den Alpen im Hintergrund, sowie die nächtliche Ruhe und Ungestörtheit. Man ist schnell im Zentrum, aber auch zügig im piemonteser Umland. Turin selbst ist eine wunderbare Stadt, die alles bietet, was man sich wünschen kann. Mit 14 Stadtschlössern der Savoyer, vielen Museen, kilometerlangen Arkaden, kleinen und großen Plätzen, die es zu erkunden gilt, gemütlichen Restaurants und typisch italienischen Stadtvierteln ist wirklich für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Als Abschiedsgeschenk nach einer wunderbaren Woche bekamen wir noch zwei Flaschen Prosecco und eine Flasche Champagner überreicht. Kurzum absolut empfehlenswert.

tout simplement formidable

5 jours dans cette maison du bonheur. Petite surprise pour ma femme et mes enfants, la surprise fût totale et très appréciée. Maison parfaite, décorée avec goût, communication excellente, accueil au top, nous reviendrons c'est certain. Magnifique découverte, très proche du centre ville de Turin, arrêt de bus en bas de la rue même si nous avons pris la voiture à chaque fois. je recommande vivement bien évidemment. Merci encore.
