Luxurious and modern Villa IVAN offers 5 bedrooms with sea views, a heated pool, gym, sauna, and is fully airconditioned. It is located in a very quiet, natural, and unspoiled environment next to Brzet beach, 1,5km from Omiš together with an identical Villa Petra, which is positioned in front of Villa Ivan, both villas (which are the only ones in this area) have an open view of the coast and sea.

Villa IVAN is fully airconditioned and furnished with high quality and offers all you would need for a very comfortable and luxurious vacation with amazing sea views from every room.

Villa IVAN offers 4 king-size bedrooms, each with a TV, an en-suite bathroom with bathtub and shower, and each with amazing sea views. One of the bedrooms has a spacious terrace with lounge furniture to enjoy sea views. On the lower ground floor, there is a gym with TV, sauna, bathroom with shower, smaller bedroom with sofa bed and TV. The ground floor offers a living and dining area with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, glass walls on the south side and amazing, opened sea views, exit toward the pool area, outdoor dining area and toward the children playground with a small playhouse and a slide.

The outdoor area offers 30 square meters (8,6mx3,5m) heated pool, not overlooked, sun deck area with 6 deck chairs all with absolute privacy, covered outdoor dining area equipped with speakers, outdoor barbecue, toilet and shower.

Located only 25km far, you can visit the wonderful Mediterranean pearl, famous town Split where you can find ancient attractions which were scenery for the famous Game of Thrones serial. Also, some ideas what can be visited: Makarska (40min), Dubrovnik (3h), Trogir (1h), Zadar (2h), Krka waterfalls (1,5h), and Plitvice lakes that are all within the one-day trip distance so you can visit them all while being based in our villa.
