The location of this villa allows eight people to relax and genuinely enjoy their well-deserved holidays. Its rustic charm mingles with the landscape, creating the authentic atmosphere you would expect to find in such a gorgeous place. This villa’s eight guests will enjoy a regenerating sleep in the three bedrooms provided on the first floor, all of which are equipped with a warm/cool air-con appliance and vintage furniture. The singing birds and the warm sun rays filtering through the windows will sweetly wake you up in the morning, to let you make the most of the day. There are two single beds in each of the bedrooms, and the third bedroom is also provided with a bunk bed. The first floor also welcomes a bathroom with shower.

The living area entirely occupies the ground floor, whose open space has been thoughtfully divided into a living room with a fireplace and some snug sofas, a dining area, which also has a stove, and a completely equipped open kitchen. The wooden-beam ceiling and the solid wooden furniture are the suitable complements of this villa’s indoor area. There is a bathroom with shower on the ground floor.

If you are longing for some outside time, this house won’t let you down. A perfectly-maintained garden with a few palm trees welcomes some sun loungers, where you can lay and let the sunshine refill your energies. Moreover, you can relax without worrying about your kids’ safety, as the nearby private pool is fenced. And if you want to shelter from the sunrays but still enjoy the breeze, you’ll just have to move to the chill-out area. Last, but not least, there also is a covered pergola with an outdoor dining area, to enjoy your meals cooked on the barbeque.

The access to the villa is made possible by a 150-mt-long unpaved lane.
