About this property

Rural family villa, private pool and large garden, Close to Estepona town in a quiet location

This lovely quiet country three bedroom villa, with its own private driveway, mature gardens and large private swimming pool, is just two kilometers outside the town of Estepona. Inside you will find the kitchen area with a breakfast bar, granite counter tops and all the required appliances for a holiday accommodation. The comfortable living room area with air conditioning, British television including Sky and several international channels plus a dvd and high speed fibre optic internet. It has sliding patio doors which lead out onto the large patio terrace. Outside, you will find the laundry room and separate cloak room (with guest WC and sink). There is a spacious lawn with plenty of running space for children. The large private pool, with roman steps, is paved all around and is an ideal space for relaxing with a book and a cool drink. It is only a few steps from here to the covered patio terrace to escape the sun. The charcoal brick barbeque is located next to the swimming pool. This house also boasts its own citrus orchard with orange and lemon trees, avocados, and fig trees. A very relaxed atmosphere and is an ideal place to wind down and forget the stresses of the world. The sounds of nature abound here, from the chirruping of crickets in the evening to the scent of the jasmines on hot balmy nights. In early spring the perfumes of the citrus blossom fills the air and in summer and autumn plenty of fruit grow here, which you can pick. All in all it is an ideal place for a relaxing family holiday.

The internal of the Villa was good,the external grounds were in poor condtion and required some maintenance. This included the external decorations to the property and the balustading.The pool and barbeque were good

Lovely stay at private villa

We had a very nice stay at this villa. Especially the pool and the garden with lots of fruit trees made our stay one to remember. The villa was very clean and well equiped. You are in a quite area of Estepona but just a 10 min drive to the boulevard / city center. There is a large supermarket in just 5 min by car.

Very relaxing and accommodating cabin. We had two families a total of 10 of us and very comfortable in there. They offer some very nice games and the kitchen is very well stocked. Linda was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. They were very easy to work with. Mule Lake offer some great fishing and some beautiful scenery.

Great Family Holiday.

Property well equipped and clean inside. Pool and terrace area spacious, however the pol and patio area need some attention. Communication great all round and we had a wonderful stay.

The pool area was great, lots of space to spread out. The inside is looking a little tired and could do with updating. Unfortunately, the beds are not king size, which was a let down. Also some of the kitchen items were dirty, which was slightly disappointing as we were told the previous occupants had been the owners.

Wonderful stay in this beautiful villa

Our family of seven hadn’t booked a villa holiday previously but having stayed at this beautiful villa we are now converted to villa holidays for good! The location is brilliant but you definitely need a car unless you’re happy to walk a fair way to Estepona town. The pool is lovely and made for many happy memories with the kids. Having three under three we were delighted to have the veranda which offered shade throughout the day. The new kitchen was a great surprise on arrival and is kitted out perfectly. Even though we are a family of seven we had ample room in the property. The tram at Time in Spain could not have been more helpful, they made our holiday brilliant. Estepona is a beautiful town with lots to do. The beaches are clean and host an abundance of activities. We will definitely be back!

Perfect for our requirements

The property is exactly as described. We wanted somewhere slightly out of the way with a secure garden for our dogs and plenty of space and this villa fitted exactly for us. It may not suit everyone but it worked for us, so much so we extended our stay by 5 days.Everything works, there were no issues with anything. We used the kitchen (everything works well). The heating works very well the BBQ is really good. The TV system offers everything we needed with Spanish and English channels. The hot water is hot!Emillio the host was extremely helpful.I read other reviews that complained about the noise, to be honest there is no real noise -we think these comments are harsh and pinneckyAnd best of all, the price is great We will return.

Noisy

The villa’s location near a motorway meant that noise from the road was a persistent issue, detracting from the peaceful atmosphere we had hoped for. Thankfully, the bedrooms were situated on the opposite side of the villa from the road, so they were relatively quiet, especially with the air conditioning keeping things cool inside. On the positive side, the outdoor space was a highlight. The villa boasts a spacious pool that was perfect for relaxing and unwinding, and there were plenty of seating areas to enjoy the beautiful weather. The villa itself was well-equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. Overall, while the villa's outdoor amenities and comfortable interiors were impressive, the proximity to the motorway was a significant drawback for those seeking tranquility.

La piscina deja mucho que desear, no filtra bien. La mayor parte del jardín es inutilizable ya que está completamente descuidado y “salvaje” por tanto impracticable. La casa está bien equipada y es cómoda

Nur schade das mit der Küche….

Leider war die Küche ziemlich unsauber. Wir haben diese dann selber gereinigt nachdem erst am dritten Tag jemand von der Reinigung hätte vorbei kommen können . Es wurde uns gesagt, dass sie abklären würden ob wir dafür entschädigt würden. Wir hörten dann nichts mehr. Die übrigen Räume waren jedoch sauber. Außer dies mit der Küche können wir das Haus empfehlen.

Casa bonita pero descuidada

La casa es estupenda. Todo en una sola planta con piscina y jardín. Muy tranquila. Lo peor es lo descuidada que está (muebles de habitaciones antiguos y sobretodo la falta de limpieza q deja mucho q desear. Pero la casa es maravillosa
