INSIDE: Entrance to a spacious living room / kitchen with dining area, double and single sofa bed. Double bedroom and bathroom with shower.
EXTERNAL: Recently built residential complex, large private outdoor areas, fenced and screened, courtyard / veranda on the main front and veranda / garden on the back side with access from the sleeping area. Internal parking space.
LOCATION: Very quiet residential area about three hundred meters from the equipped beach.
