Mr Wouter, Anyone who reads your review will immediately understand that the wrong place to spend the holidays, from : -THE CITY OFFERS LITTLE - THE HOLIDAY HOME DOES NOT MEET YOUR NEEDS do not depend to the owners but by yourself! Just read the 5 star reviews that have been given to us this summer by the guests of all the apartments in the same property ( ref. 481435, 8526431, 10578249) including Dutch !! Usually who decides to spend holidays in a city before booking have to inquire about the cultural and tourist places to visit and all the related attractions and services offered and have also to inquire for holiday home... I'M QUITE BECAUSE I KNOW I’M ON THE SIDE OF REASON BECAUSE ALL INFORMATIONS ARE EXTENSIVELY DESCRIBED IN THIS PLATFORM IN THE GENERAL INFORMATION, HOUSE RULES AND SERVICES OFFERED ! ...sorry to contradict you another time but it's always written in the platform the energy fee at 0.50 € per kw... You haven't read any all this informations and you're angry! you want that I pay for a your Mistake a your lack ! People who choose to spend their holidays in our property want peace and relax...(it's written) for exemple they want to read a book in the pool area without being disturbed and splashed. I have no problem at all writing that dives and splashes are forbidden because these rules as written on this platform! more important these rules must be respected during this summer season when there is a great shortage of water throughout Italy and also in Europe .... At your arrival in fact I also informed you that in the city close near Imperia had rationed the water and that our fear was that it could happen also in Imperia if the water was wasted ... If you think it’s the only property where there are these bans, you’re wrong again! but apparently the environmental problems come after the fun of your guys, Congratulations!👏👏👏 Guys and not children, who are therefore the age to understand the situation! If you really wanted to dive and splash could go to the sea or the water park among the many things to do suggested at your arrival. Because there are many cultural and characteristic places to visit, museums, planetarium and free time activities in this city and around!! Also the opening time of the pool is indicated on the platform! at 19 it closes, simply to allow guests who have swimming pool close, to stay in peace and relax. It is becoming more and more evident that the booking was made by you in a superficial way... as if you are a teenager and not a father of a family! During check in we give useful informations to our guests (and they appreciate it) about the city, supermarkets, parking, lots to characteristic places to visit, museums , events, beach and restaurants with which we have conventions or discounts. .. About check in you remember only the great rules : -throw only toilet paper in the toilet -respect the separate collection of garbage -the rules of the shared pool...no splash no dive ... Help how many rules...🤣🤣🤣!!!! I think the communication is not good as you say but it's only one way🤔 when we asked you what did you do during these 15 days your answer was: "we were at the market of Ventimiglia but it was hot and there were too many people..." in 15 days you only went to the market ... market with too many people...🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ at the end it is not the place that offers little but you don't want do anything... for next time I suggest a holiday village a cruise or an organize trip!!! But please note to read all and with attention to not ruin your holidays and wrongly blame someone else... ah.. I forgot... I also recommend you to inform yourself well and before about the booking costs... since you also complained about the unclear and high fees that this platform applies to you! platform no good, host no good, city no good...only you are right🤔🤔🤣🤣🤣 good luck!👋🏻👋🏻
