Independent access with a private staircase leads to the large and breathtaking balcony, beautifully furnished and perfect for enjoying the panoramic views, enjoying a drink or having a delicious al-fresco dinner. Inside the apartment has been totally renovated with classy details, modern colour scheme and high quality furniture and bedding. Enjoying long night sleeps with the sound of the waves just below will be a truly memorable experience! There is a spacious, open plan lounge with kitchenette and dining area, leading directly to the terrace. The bedrooms, welcoming and airy, are respectively a double and a twin. Both are fully air-conditioned and provided with spacious fitted wardrobes and high quality mattresses, sheets, satellite TV, etc. The master bedroom, with double bed, has big patio doors leading to the sea-facing terrace. Particular attention has been given to the lighting of the indoor and outdoor areas, to provide a further ambiance and atmosphere. The family bathroom has a large walk-in shower. The apartment is air-conditioned/heated (individually controlled by the guests 24/7) and this service is included in the price.Despite being located just 2 steps away from the sea, the property is surrounded by greenery, flowers and Mediterranean shrubs. From the balconies and bedrooms guests can hear the gentle sound of the waves and enjoy the views to the Mediterranean Sea up to Corfu Town in the distance. There is even a small vegetable plot run by the owners where guests are welcome to pick up fresh products for cooking delicious organic meals. A shared barbecue and a common laundry room are available for the guests.
