Un chapuzón en el verde

Little House 'A Grigoa se encuentra en el corazón de Santa Margherita Ligure Portofino de 5 km y 3 km del peaje de Rapallo.
Se encuentra inmerso en 360 ° en el verde, en una amplia zona de césped interrumpido por olivos y árboles frutales, rodeado de silencio, en un área privada.

Pretty Cottage in Santa Margherita Ligure

The Ligurian sea is beautiful and this little cottage had everything we needed including a nice breakfast each day of yogurt, cereal, coffee, tea, fruit, toast, and pastries. Maria Cristina was a fabulous hostess and helped us find the train and bus stations, gave us local maps and restaurant recommendations. We would recommend this place again. Linda and Jeff

Perfect in every way!

The apartment of Cristina & Nicola is well situated just outside the center, so it’s quiet and you have a great overview over SML. The apartment is very comfortable and there is everything you possibly need. Otherwise Cristina will get it for you, ‘cause she is the most kind and considerate host you can have. It’s a great place to spend your holiday!

Beautiful little cottage in a large garden.

We had a wonderful holiday in this little cottage in a quit surrounding near the center of Santa Margherita Ligure. The center of the town and the beach can be reached by foot within 15 minutes. The cottage was very clean and equipped with everything you need. Cristina and Nicola are very friendly and make sure you get everything you wish. We really enjoyed our stay there and can recommend this lovely cottage for sure. Thanks a lot for your hospitality Cristina and Nicola , we wish you all the best . Jules and Ellen Notermans

A Beautiful And Tranquil Accomodation

We have stayed in many holiday accommodations but this is by far the best, everything is as stated in the property description. I was a little concerned about finding the casetta especially as I had to drive through Santa Marghertia in the peak of the holiday season,but the directions that Christina gave me were easy to follow and we arrived at the casetta with no problems. The owners Christina And Nicola met us on arrival they were very helpful, friendly and accommodating but discrete, it was advised that we could call upon them at any time for advise or help, in fact I mentioned that I liked croissant with cream and where was the best place to buy them, the next two mornings Nicola brought us some from two different bakeries so we could decide which were the best, how is that for customer service. The property was everything you could wish for, clean comfortable and with all mod cons, even air conditioning. The garden was spacious with a table and parasol for eating alfresco and sunbeds and parasol for relaxing. It is only a sort walk to the shops (5 mins) and 10 mins to the seafront. If you are looking for a beautiful and relaxing holiday accommodation look no further this has got to be one of the best, and to cap it all Christina and Nicola are wonderful and friendly hosts, we will definitely be back. ken (Angelo) and Ronnie Stout

Lovely holiday accomodation in garden setting

In the 18 years we've been driving to Italy this cottage is one of the most beautiful holiday accommodations we have stay in. The cottage cleanliness is exemplary, the owner Christina & her husband Nicola are 2 very friendly & personable people who can't do enough for you. Christina's English is very good ( much better than my Italian ), she provided us with lots of information on where to go & see, Nicola provided us with vegetables from his garden for our meals in. The cottage has everything needed, cooker & grill, microwave, fridge, dishwasher plus all the cooking utensils needed. It also has air conditioning if needed, we're finding aircon more welcome as we get older ( I'm 65 & my wife 64), the same with sunbeds. The cottage gardens are beautiful, private & quiet with sunbeds & parasol. Santa Margherita sea front is a 10 minute walk with all its bars & cafes, there are quite few you walk past on the way from the cottage so plenty of choice. There are 3 or 4 supermarkets & bakeries in the near vicinity of the cottage. The cottage is perfect holiday accommodation, we would recommend staying there to anyone. Thank you Christina & Nicola, you were lovely to talk to, we had a great time & your cottage + gardens really are as beautiful ( if not more so ) than the website photographs. (Ps we arrived Calais 6pm Tuesday 30th June & found the port closed due to industrial action, we escaped France on Wednesday 1st July via Dunkirk & DFDS. toller einwöchiger Aufenthalt in S.Margherita. Das Häuschen liegt zentral, aber trotzdem sehr ruhig. Die Stadt, der Hafen und Bahnhof sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wanderwege gehen direkt von der Unterkunft aus. Tolle Unterkunft für Paare, für Familien wirds etwas eng.....Sehr nette und freundliche Gastgeber. Jederzeit wieder...

Traumhaft!

Die "casetta" ist ein Traum. Umgeben von Olivenbäumen und nur 5 Minuten von der Stadt entfernt-so eine schöne Ruhe nach den Ausflügen in der Umgebung. Die Lage ist wunderbar. Die Stadt ist direkt zu Fuß zu erreichen, Bäcker, Cafés, Bus, Zug, Meer, Strand.... Es braucht kein Auto. Kein Lärm nur fröhliches Vogelgezwitscher ist uns in unserem Aufenthalt begegnet. Die Vermieter sind super nett und herzlich. Sie haben uns jede Menge schöner Tipps gegeben, was man in der Umgebung alles machen kann und wie (schöne Wandertouren,...)... Die Wohnung ist super sauber und wird regelmäßig gereinigt. Diese Ferienwohnung kann an Ruhesuchende wärmstens empfohlen werden. Giulia-wir kommen gern wieder 😊.

Geweldig !

We hebben van het boeken van het verblijf, de communicatie met Cristina, het verblijf zelf allemaal genoten !! De accomodatie gaf ons alle gelegenheid te doen waar wij van houden : relaxen bij het huis met een boek op de heerlijke ligbedjes , wandelen naar ‘downtown’ op een paar minuten afstand , wandelen naar Portofino op anderhalf uur lopen ( de afstand was misschien niet zo ver maar door de vele stops om te genieten van de uitzichten duurde het toch anderhalf uur !) maar ook de trein naar Camogli of Cinque Terre nemen kan allemaal bijzonder makkelijk ! Kortom voor ons een TOP verblijf van 5 nachten. Dank Cristina & Nicola !!

Très jolie maisonnette à proximité de Santa Margherita

La maisonnette est située un peu à l'extérieur de Santa Margherita, ce qui permet de profiter du calme depuis sa terrasse, tout en étant proche du centre (20 minutes à pied jusqu'à la mer). L'intérieur est bien entretenu et la cuisine est très bien équipée! Les propriétaires nous ont donné des conseils (et cartes, flyers) pour les différentes activités à réaliser aux alentours! Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable et y reviendrons avec plaisir!

Perfekter Urlaub

Sehr, nette, aufmerksame, freundliche Gastgeber. Sehr schönes, sauberes, ruhig gelegenes Ferienhäuschen, mit tollem Garten und Terrasse. Parkplatz am Haus. Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. In wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreicht man das Stadtzentrum und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir haben eine perfekte Urlaubswoche erlebt.

Wonderful!

We were welcomed, looked after and practically advised about absolutely anything we needed by the most caring couple who own this little, but perfectly formed, cabin in their garden. The cabin has parking and is in a large garden close to the main house (but not overlooked). It has everything and more that we expected for our stay and is beautifully decorated. Positioned just outside of the centre of the town of Santo Margherita Ligure but an easy 10 minute walk to the centre of the town for any reasonably mobile person (just a steep incline on the last few minutes coming back from town). Good restaurants 5 minutes away, excellent walking is accessed to anywhere on the Portafino peninsular. An idyllic retreat provided by a lovely couple.

Perfekt!

Die wunderschöne kleine Casetta liegt in perfekter Lage in wunderschöner Umgebung. In dem Garten haben wir 20 Olivenbäume gezählt, einen Zitronenbaum, einen Orangenbaum etc... Himmlische Ruhe.... Das Haus war supersauber und sehr liebevoll für unseren Empfang vorbereitet. Wir haben dort wunderschöne Stunden und einen wirklich traumhaften Urlaub verbracht und werden auf jeden Fall nächstes Jahr wiederkommen. Die lieben Gastgeber Cristina und Nicola mit ihren Kindern waren absolut herzlich und wir haben sie direkt in unsere Herzen geschlossen. Unser kleiner Sohn durfte mit den Tieren spielen und fragt uns inzwischen täglich, wann wir wieder nach Italien fahren. Rundum ein wunderschöner Urlaub in perfekter Unterkunft mit sehr liebevollen und herzlichen Vermietern, die wir auf diesem Wege ganz herzlich grüßen möchten. Liebe Cristina, lieber Nicola, liebe Familie, vielen Dank für einen traumhaften Urlaub!

Perfekt!!!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub in perfekter Location! Traumhafte Lage, superschönes Haus, sehr, sehr sauber, und unfassbar liebe und herzliche Vermieter. Wir alle haben uns direkt zu Hause gefühlt. Unser kleiner Sohn durfte mit den Tieren spielen und fragt täglich, wann wir wieder hin fahren... Paradies auf Erden

Wir haben hier unser kleines Paradies gefunden und den erholsamsten Urlaub seit 10 Jahren verbracht. Der neue und sehr gepflegte Bungalow liegt inmitten eines großen Gartens mit Oliven- und Obstbäumen und von der Terasse genießt man eine herrlich weite Aussicht und eine himmliche Ruhe. Das Haus ist komplett ausgestattet mit Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Wäscheständer und Klammern,Toaster und Wasserkocher, Backofen und großem Kühlschrank, bequemen Betten, gemütliche Essecke, schönes Bad..., wir haben in den drei Wochen Aufenthalt nichts vermisst. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war schon vor dem Urlaub sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Die Vermieter, Cristina und Nicola mit ihren drei großen Kindern, haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen und sich rührend um unser Wohlergehen gekümmert, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Wir haben viel über Land, Leute und die Küche Liguriens erfahren und eine Menge Tipps für Unternehmungen bekommen. Ein kurzer Fußweg führt zum Zentrum San Siro, wo Läden und Restaurants zu finden sind, ebenso eine Bushaltestelle (für 1,80€ kann man bequem die Nachbarorte erreichen, erspart sich die Parkplatzsuche sowie die Parkgebühren). Der Strand mit der wunderschönen Promenade und den Anlegestellen der Personenschifffahrt erreicht man in ca. 15 Minuten. Es gibt eine Menge Einzelhandelsgeschäfte, schicke Boutiquen sowie erstklassige Restaurants. Die Region eignet sich für Wassersportler ebenso wie für Wanderer oder einfach nur zum Relaxen. Wir fahren im September wieder hin, weil wir noch längst nicht alles von diesem schönen Landstrich gesehen haben. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Bellissima casetta immersa nella pace degli ulivi

La casetta è semplicemente perfetta: bella, accogliente, pulitissima e fornita di tutti i comfort. Appena arrivati è bastato sistemare i vestiti per essere già pronti a godersi la vacanza! Abbiamo trovato utilissimi gli elettrodomestici forniti che hanno reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più riposante e sereno. Lo spazio esterno è ampio e molto curato. Il tavolo permette di pranzare all'esterno godendosi una vista mozzafiato sulle colline e gli ulivi di Santa Margherita. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e molto disponibili e ci hanno aiutato a rendere la vacanza serena e piacevole con la loro presenza discreta e generosa. Consigliatissima sia a giovani che a famiglie!

So much hospitality

We had a wonderful stay here with our two teenage children. The description and photographs are representing exactly the situation, so everything was according to our expectation. The owner, Christina, takes any extra step needed to ensure satisfied guests while at the same time ensuring the utmost privacy. The house is perfectly equipped and the fact that linen/ towels are included is very convenient. The price/ quality relation is excellent. Truly very recommended. Just one thing: parking in this region in August is virtually impossible so we chose to take the 10 minute walk to Sta Margherita as much as possible. It is a steep walk however, so one needs to be in a good enough physical condition.

Una vacanza tranquilla immersi nel verde..

I proprietari dell'immobile, Maria Cristina e Nicola, sono molto gentili, simpatici e disponibili per ogni esigenza..oltre le aspettative. La "casetta" è molto carina, nuova e fornita di tutto l'occorrente che pare di essere a casa propria. Il giardino, che io chiamo "oasi" è molto grazioso e ben curato, con alberi da frutta e erbe da poter cogliere per fare tisane digestive.. Un angolo di quiete e relax molto apprezzato quando si è stanchi del caos del centro cittadino.. La discesa per il mare è anche utile per chi come me fa una vita sedentaria . Lo consiglio a parenti e amici. Pensiamo di tornarci, anche magari per qualche week end,

L'abitazione è accogliente e spaziosa, la famiglia è simpatica e disponibile. Bellissima vacanza in un posto tranquillo a pochi minuti dal lungomare. Consigliatissimo sia per famiglie che per giovani.

A WONDERFUL FIND, A GREAT HOLIDAY!!

Upon arrival we were greeted by the charming and lovely Bozzo family who immediately welcomed us in true italian style with warmth and generosity. Nothing was too much trouble for the owners Nico and Cristina Whilst they were very discreet, but they were there to offer excellent local advice and help, should we require The cottage is beautifully appointed with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable holiday. In our case we spent 17 wonderful days there (24 July - 10th August 2013) and wanted for nothing the entire time. It was immaculately clean and has the added bonus of being located in a private, gated domaine. The cottage being totally detached, is totally surrounded by garden and is very, very quiet indeed We slept and relaxed so well the entire time. Cristina provided a brand new barbecue, for our use, which was great to just sit, chill & relax in the lovely cottage garden rich with fruit & olives trees. Giving us the added option to barbecue the fantastic local produce! The beautiful views of the surrounding countryside are truly gorgeous, yet the cottage is located only 5 minutes walk from the main town of Santa Margherita Ligure. (SML) The beaches are around a 10 - 15 minute walk from the cottage There are also many restaurants and shops literally at the bottom of the road where the cottage is located. Which was a pleasant surprise! On our evening of arrival as we were starving and found that the restaurant, only a few minutes walk away, called La Madia, provided a delicious and reasonably priced dinner . In fact there is a path from behind the cottage leading straight up into the hills with amazing views over the Sea and local countryside and it is possible to walk right over to Portofino (this is a proper hike for serious walkers only) But like us, as the weather was really hot during our stay) you can walk for as little or as long as you wish and discover wonderful sights The local surrounding towns and villages have so much unspoilt, true Italian beauty & charm like Camogli, Chiavari, Sestri Levante, Paraggi and Portofino etc ….. But SML is also totally charming, with it's interesting boutiques, many, many delicious, reasonably priced restaurants, popular bars and is rich with charismatic Italian charm and atmosphere Thank you Cristina, Nico, Marco, Julia & Cara for everything.
