My house is a little paradise by the Mediterranean.
A path of about fifty meters will lead you to an almost private beach located in a small pebble cove.
This charming and old building under which flows a stream is surrounded by greenery.
The large garden dotted with trees and multicolored flowers will be your place to relax.
In the morning, you will open your windows with the choice of the azure blue of the sea or the deep green of an old hundred-year-old lime tree.
You will have breakfast facing the sea and those who are early in the morning can admire the sunrise over Elba.
You will have lunch in the sea air, on the terrace, under the arbor, when you come up barefoot from the beach.
You will have your dinner cool on the terrace or in the village, in one of its many and very good restaurants.
My house is located in the village of Erbalunga, 500 meters from the center.
This postcard village is a small fishing port known as one of the jewels of Corsica.
Having developed its activity on a rather high-end tourism, the village offers all the necessary amenities (restaurants, ice cream parlors, bars, butcher-caterer, bakery, laundromat ...).
Bastia, the capital of the north and the main commercial and passenger port of the island is 10 km away. Its international airport 30 km.
You can visit Bastia, its citadel, its old port, its Baroque churches, its large square (Place Saint Nicolas), its market square and its market, its shopping streets…
Erbalunga is the gateway to the Cap Corse region, with wilder landscapes than those in the south of the island and a history essentially focused on the sea and the conquest of the Americas.
The tour of Cap Corse should not be missed under any circumstances!
