Small Cozy House with garden in Costa Smeralda

The house is completely and recently renovated inside and outside. The house is made up of:
-veranda closed by a large window which turns out to be very bright in which there is the kitchen equipped with all appliances and the dining area. Up to 6 people can dine on the 18 m2 veranda, air conditioned. On the outside of the veranda, which also offers a pleasant shaded area, there is a barbecue.
-large living area with double sofa bed (160X2), furnished with fine local craftsmanship furniture, TV corner, built-in wardrobe, small bookcase. A prestigious collection of Sardinian ceramics displays itself in special illuminated niches.
-bathroom with large shower.

Due to its characteristics, the house is particularly suitable for a couple, two couples or a small family of maximum 4 people.

The name La Porta Accanto derives from its contiguity with the Lentischio house, an apartment from which you can enjoy the view of the magnificent flower garden. The view then extends to the island of Caprera. The contiguity with the Lentischio allows you to take a holiday in the company of other friends or family members while maintaining the independence and privacy of independent properties.

The house is recommended for several reasons:
-the incomparable beauty of the area with the vegetation of the area, the emerald sea that made it famous in the world
- the privacy of the village (Faras)
-the convenience of the village which is located a few meters from Poltu Quatu (where it is also possible to rent boats and rafts, take diving courses, fishing and water ski schools
-the nearest golf course is Pevero, renowned in the world
-strategic the position of the house with the garden, located about 2 km from Porto Cervo and Baia Sardinia; also very close to all the most beautiful and renowned beaches (Liscia di Vacca, Liscia Ruja, etc). In Porto Cervo and Baira Sardinia you can find all the most important services, but also restaurants, clubs, shops for shopping. It is essential to be self-driving to move independently in the area and reach the beaches.

Logement très propre et joliment décoré.MAIS : de nuit très difficle à trouver, aucune indication, aucun nom, aucune réponse à l'appel téléphonique demandant de l'aide.Et puis : ce n'est pas une maison mais un APPARTEMENT!!!! avec des voisins de chaque côté et au dessus et des voisins pas particulièrement respectueux du calme espéré.

Schönes und sauberes Haus

Wir haben eine wunderbare Zeit verbracht und alles war sehr unkompliziert. Das Haus ist super sauber und es fehlt an nichts .Wir haben immer selber gekocht - die Küche ist toll ausgestattet. Bei Problemen haben wir uns per WhatsApp gemeldet und es wurde sich umgehend mit uns in Kontakt gesetzt und das Problem gelöst. Sehr positiv sind die Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus.

Super tolle Wohnung

Die Unterkunft war einfach super liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war top ausgestattet (Spülmittel, Tabs, Genügend Handtücher….) Einzigster Kritikpunkt, vielleicht kann man noch etwas für Kinder anschaffen in dem kleinen Garten (kleine Schaukel, Wippe oder kleiner Sandkasten z.B) Ansonsten empfehlen wir die Unterkunft gerne weiter.

Super Urlaub in traumhafter Unterkunft

Wir durften einen wunderbaren Urlaub in dieser super schönen Unterkunft verbringen. Alles vorhanden was man braucht und sehr sûẞ, mit Liebe zum Detail, eingerichtet. Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war immer super und man ist im Vorfeld sehr gut informiert gewesen.

Magischer Ort

Ganz tolle Ferienwohnung mit fast allem was man braucht aber für Kaffee muss man entweder die Espressokanne oder Nespressomachine benutzen. Natürlich muss man dann vorher wissen damit Mann den richtigen Kaffee bringt. Aber sonst war es sehr schön und die Vermieterin immer hilfsbereit erreichbar.

Gute Ferienwohnung mit brauchbarer Ausrüstung

Ferienwohnung ist geräumig und sauber. Küche und wohnzimmer bieten gut Platz für Paare oder kl. Familien. Lage ist gut erreichbar mit dem Auto (Auto erforderlich). Einzig mit der W-lan Verbindung war es manchmal etwas schwer, hat teilweise leider nicht gut funktioniert. Ansonsten aber sehr schöne Wohnung die genügend Platz bietet.

Schöner Aufenthalt, gute Lage der Wohnung

Alles war wie beschrieben,sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung für 2 Personen.Preis-Leistung stimmte.Ein Auto ist zwingend erforderlich und ab Oktober ist es sehr ruhig auf der Insel.Wir haben einen schönen,ruhigen Urlaub verbringen können; allerdings sind fast alle Geschäfte und Restaurants geschlossen. Taschenlampe für plötzlichen Stromausfall ist hilfreich und bei der Einweisung darauf achten, dass man weiß wo der Hauptschalter ist! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden wieder buchen

Ferienwohnung in toller Lage mit kleinen Schwächen

Die Lage des Objekts in der Nähe zu Porto Cervo und einigen schönen Stränden und Sehenswürdigkeiten ist hervorragend. Die Küche ist mit allem, was man benötigt ausgestattet, das Bad ist klein aber funktional. Schränke sind genügend vorhanden, das Bett ist bequem und die Wohnung wurde sehr sauber übergeben. Leider hakt es doch etwas mit der Kommunikation. Vor Ort wurden wir von einer Bekannten der eigentlichen Kontakperson (Madja) begrüßt, da wir nur sehr wenig Italienisch sprechen war das Ganze auf drollige Weise holprig. Nicht akzeptabel war dann die Handhabung unseres ersten ernsten Anliegens durch die eigentliche Kontaktperson vor Ort. Es gab im Haus einen Stromausfall und nachdem wir alle Sicherungen im Haus kontrolliert hatten und alle Geräte ausgeschaltete hatten, wussten wir nicht weiter. Zunächst war die Kontakperson nicht erreichbar, dann sollten wir am öffentlichen Verteilerkasten eine Sicherung reaktivieren. Eine konkrete Beschreibung, wo dieser Kasten zu finden ist und welche Sicherung das ist wurde uns eher schnippisch mit dem Hinweis, man habe nun keine Zeit, geliefert. Wir haben dann nach ca. 1,5 Stunden wieder Strom gehabt, wohl weil ein Nachbar aktiviert wurde. Leider wurden die Telefonate mit der Kontaktperson vor Ort im Ton etwas deutlicher, so dass wir für den Rest der Woche mit Nichtachtung gestraft wurden. Die Besitzerin habe ich dann während der ganzen Suche nach der Sicherung per WhatsApp erreicht und eine sehr schnelle Reaktion und Entschuldigung erhalten. Über das Team vor Ort sollten die Besitzer vielleicht noch einmal nachdenken, denn im Urlaub mag man ja nicht zum Behelfselektriker werden. Was vielleicht noch zu ergänzen ist: Das Haus hat eher den Charakter einer Erdgeschosswohnung, das OG über dem Haus ist bewohnt. Allerdings haben wir uns dadurch in keiner Weise gestört gefühlt. Wir würden das Haus weiter empfehlen, eine bessere Übergabe vor Ort und eine motiviertere Unterstützung durch die Hausdame wäre jedoch von Vorteil

Klein aber fein

Das Häuschen liegt auf einem Berg in einem sehr kleinen "Villaggio" ohne Supermarkt o. Ä.. Die Zufahrt zum Villaggio ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, da sehr steil und eng. Teilweise passen keine zwei Autos aneinander vorbei. Somit war es immer mit ein wenig Herzklopfen verbunden... das Häuschen selber ist klein aber fein. Für uns als Pärchen völlig ausreichend. Es war alles da, was wir für unseren Aufenthalt benötigt haben. Eine Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer wäre schön gewesen, weil es dort doch recht warm wurde nachts. Leider ging am letzten Abend vor unserer Abreise das Gas aus, so daß wir kein Abendessen kochen konnten, was im ersten Moment schon ziemlich frustrierend war. Am nächsten Morgen durften wir netterweise im Nachbarhaus unseren Morgenkaffee kochen. Supermarkt und Co. waren mit dem Auto in ca. 5 - 10 Minuten erreichbar, schöne Strände in ca. 15 - 20 Minuten. Alles in allem war es ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Posizione e casa perfette

Ho alloggiato in questa casa per 8 notti. È molto bella e spaziosa e munita di tutto il necessario per poter alloggiare in tranquillità, senza bisogno di acquistare oggetti di prima necessità. La posizione è ottima e strategica per chi ha l’auto e desidera raggiungere spiagge e vita notturna. L’unico difetto su cui io e le mie 3 amiche vogliamo soffermarci è la signora delle pulizie: è entrata in casa 2 volte senza preavviso e senza il nostro permesso (tra l’altro, con suo figlio piccolo). Abbiamo riscontrato un problema con il gas (nulla di grave o pericoloso) e non ci ha offerto alcuna soluzione e, anzi, ha riattaccato il telefono perchè “non aveva tempo e stava lavorando”. Il giorno del check-out dovevamo lasciare la casa alle ore 10.00 e si è presentata dentro casa (sempre con suo figlio) 15 minuti prima. Due mie amiche erano svestite perchè appena uscite dalla doccia e ci è stato detto di andare via perchè “15 minuti non ci avrebbero cambiato la vita”. Noi alle 9.58 eravamo fuori di casa come da programma, e la signora ci ha ordinato di portare via la spazzatura (cosa che normalmente è inclusa nel servizio di pulizia - a pagamento -). Noi, avendo la macchina piena, ci siamo rifiutate. Fossimo state avvisate prima e in maniera educata, ovviamente non avremmo detto di no. Nonostante questo, consiglio vivamente il soggiorno in questa casa. La proprietaria si è resa molto disponibile e in tempi brevi dal primo contatto, e ci ha dato la possibilità di eseguire il check-in con largo anticipo rispetto all’orario prestabilito.
