Anderson is originally from Brazil and moved to North Carolina in 1992 as an foreign exchange student. He obtained a bachelor's degree in Economics but decided to pursue his more creative side as a Creative Director. He did a short stint in LA and then moved to Miami to work for MTV and Nickelodeon. An opportunity arose to start his own Advertising and Marketing business in Fort Lauderdale.

Craig is originally from Indiana and graduated with an Accounting degree from Indiana University. He then moved to Chicago and worked as an Global IT Consultant for Arthur Anderson and IBM. He was then drawn to the sun and found his new home in Fort Lauderdale working in the Pharmaceutical industry. Craig currently works for Life Extension, a global authority on nutrition, health and wellness.

It took 3 exhausting years to make our dream home a reality. Our vision was to create a unique and functional piece of art that we could live in. The house has two master suites - one on each floor. The second floor Master suite has a hideaway tree house concept. The first floor VIP Master suite is just as stunning with it's own privacy. It took several years of searching the area to find the perfect spot to build the home and when we did, we instantly knew that this was the place. It is truly a unique and magical location on the Middle River with amazing wide water views. We especially enjoy saying hello to everyone enjoying the water because who's not happy when they're on the water? The full moon nights are stunning and the local paddle board rental just around the bend even offers guided moonlight paddle rides.

Both of us enjoy meeting and entertaining new people, are big foodies, wine lovers and love traveling to new places and exploring new cultures. Our typical weekdays involves working, staying physically fit and preparing healthy meals. Like most people we live for the weekends when we can socialize and thoroughly enjoy the South Florida lifestyle.
