The property was so much better than we expected from the photos. We have stayed in many holiday properties but this cottage gave us the greatest sense of relaxation. Lovely and warm, super clean, comfy beds and great communication. Lots of places to get food nearby. Thank you!

Excellent place to stay if visiting this part of Scotland. Perfectly situated for exploring all around the North West and Far North.Property was clean and adequately stocked. Host was a pleasure to deal with, helped us out massively. Couldn’t speak highly enough of our full experience.Would definitely book again when up in the area.

We were very appreciative of this lovely cottage as we were walking to complete the Scottish National Trail. Our hosts, Mairi and Willie couldn't have been more helpful during our stay. The cottage has everything you need and it's location is excellent. Next to the shop and 2 mins from the harbour. The wee garden was perfect for relaxing in too. We loved our stay in a beautiful location.

Immaculate cosy cottage with all you would expect in a home from home. Nearby shop, beach and cafe and great location.Mairi was so helpful, a wonderful host.I'd definitely recommend Pier Cottage and i know i will return.

Beautiful cottage in a stunning part of the world. Mairi was really helpful and responded quickly to any questions. It is spotlessly clean, modern and very comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped, showers are excellent. There is a very well stocked shop across the road for anything needed. We had a fantastic long weekend, using the cottage as a base. Would not hesitate to book again and would absolutely recommend the property - would have happily stayed longer!! Thankyou Mairi

A very clean and well presented homely property in the centre of this working fishing settlement . It is spacious and has everything you might need, if you haven’t the Spar shop is just across the road. Lovely Oldshawmore Beach, one of several in the area, is only a ten minute drive away and Kinlochbervie is well placed for exploring mountains inland, the dunes and enormous beach near Durness, points of interest like Smoo Caves or taking a ferry ride from Tarbet to Handa Island.

Great holiday home

Clean, comfortable, good provisions and handy Wi-Fi. Mairi and Willie (the owners) are very welcoming/friendly and helpful. Fresh fish available locally and beaches are stunning. Such a beautiful area to stay in. Highly recommend Pier Cottage for a lovely base to go explore this coast/side of Scotland.

Highland break

Well appointed cottage with a shop across the road and a beach only a few yards away . What more could we want. Friendly hosts and locals too.

one of the best cottages

This is one of the best cottages we had. The equipment is excellent, the pictures are really what you find and the hosts are super friendly and helpful. We really liked the stay and plan to come back.

A very comfy stay

This is a very nice, comfortable, well equipped bungalow with a pretty secure doggie garden. Great location for exploring and only 2 miles from Oldshoremore beach. The owners were really friendly and helpful.

Perfect

Pier Cottage provides the perfect base from which to explore Kinlochbervie and NW Scotland. The cottage was spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed for a week’s stay. We really enjoyed our time there.

Lovely stay at Pier Cottage

This was a perfect respite for us as we travelled through Scotland for 3 1/2 weeks. We were able to spread out, get laundry done and relax in the mornings! We made breakfast and planned our days. Very well appointed cottage! Smoo cave and Handa Island were must sees!
