Notre superbe villa située sur un seul niveau en interne avec 4 chambres, 3 salles de bains et un salon / salle à manger décloisonné. Des marches mènent à une piscine privée et une terrasse ensoleillée, avec une vue panoramique exceptionnelle à 180 degrés sur la ville de Moraira et la mer jusqu'au rocher d'Ilfache à Calpe. La ville et la plage sont à 10 minutes à pied. Il y a une salle à manger extérieure avec barbecue et un parking sécurisé pour jusqu'à 3 voitures.

Moraira se trouve dans une baie sur la côte sud-est de l'Espagne entourée de magnifiques zones montagneuses. La combinaison de plages de sable fin, d'eaux cristallines et de son atmosphère relaxante en a fait l'une des destinations de vacances les plus prisées de la Costa Blanca. Il possède un port de plaisance impressionnant, une grande variété de restaurants et de boutiques et une vaste gamme d'équipements de loisirs, y compris le golf, la location de bateaux, le tennis et la plongée en apnée pour n'en nommer que quelques-uns!

The property and the owners were both wonderful, we had an amazing time, all instructions were easy to follow and the villa provided a fabulous base for exploring the area. A car is really helpful for getting out and about, you can walk to the town centre for evenings out but the bays on each side of Moraira are worth the effort.

Lovely villa

A home away from home. Grant was very accommodating during our visit. The x box gaming room was amazing and a great space for teenagers. All rooms are a good size, pool is great and for those with sensitive skin it’s shady from 5pm onwards so you get restbite from sun.We enjoyed it. Good facilities, has all you need and grant is always on hand to help. It is a 20 min walk into town but if you have a walking disability please note the villa is up two steep hills on the way back. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Beautiful villa, fantastic host, superb holiday!

Just had fantastic week at Casa Con Vista. Check in and communication with Grant (host) was fantastic. It is clearly a well loved place and we loved our stay. The villa is well equipped, lovely kitchen with large fridge/freezer. Loved the shaded bbq seating area. Pool is great and views you can’t stop looking at. You can walk into Moraira quite easily, yes there are a few up hill bits on way back, but we didn’t mind this at all. Local restaurant Hilltop which is 10 mins away has good food and lovely staff. Grant is an exceptional host. The area is fantastic, we explored all along coast and even ventured to Valencia for the day. We would love to return here as we all loved the place!

Great Villa - Superb location.

We spent the month of August at Casa con Vista and the Villa was perfect. I cannot speak highly enough of Grant (owner) and Grant (different guy…property manager). Their attention to detail & customer service is a 10 out of 10. Loved our stay so much, already booked for next year.

Summer vacation 2022

We hired the villa this summer with 7 friends. We enjoyed our stay a lot. The house is beautiful and big. The private pool is big either and gives a nice sightseeing point. We had good contact with the house managers and they were very nice. There were also enough bathrooms, and the house was clean. Overall there are less complains about the villa. The only thing we would like to recommend is about the amount of towels. Yes, of course there is a washing machine, but we al didn’t really know how to use it. So unfortunately we all showered and went to the pool and sea with only one towel. Furthermore there is nothing else to complain. This was an amazing vacation in a wonderfull accommodation.

Perfect week in Moraira at Casa Con Vista

I hired the villa with friends to celebrate my 30th birthday in style and I have to say this holiday more than exceeded my expectations. The villa is in a great location, about a 15min walk to nearby Moraira which is buzzing with excellent restaurants and culture. We loved the beach in Moraira; there are loungers to hire and the nearby beach bar will set you up with a great mojito. The villa itself is gorgeous and spacious for seven adults. A couple of friends enjoyed watching the Wimbledon final in the projector room which was a remarkable feature for a holiday home. The pool was bigger than I expected, and the lounger area was ideal for catching some sun. We really enjoyed using the BBQ and side terrace a few times during our trip. Grant was an excellent host, so helpful responsive and friendly. It really does make all the difference. The seven of us had a brilliant time in Moraira, highlights would include snorkeling at the beach, popping along to Calp for a catamaran boat trip and relaxing at the luxurious villa. We left this holiday sad to be returning to rainy Scotland but sure we will hire this villa again sometime in the future!

Excellent stay but too short

Fantastic property, location, facilities and exceptional views, Wow ! I would absolutely recommend this brilliant villa in Moraira. What a find and excellent value for such a high end villa. The pool was such a great addition to the villa. A 15 min walk into Moraira and sandy beech. Our stay was too short, only 4 nights. As a family we all loved the villa and will definitely return for a longer stay in the future. Many thanks to the villa host, great effort to provide a fantastic holiday villa to rent

We had a fantastic time in this villa. It is a superbly situated villa with stunning views over Moraira and out to sea. The villa was spotlessly clean on arrival. Very modern and tastefully furnished throughout and equipped with everything we required and much more! Very hi-tec with various smart home devices and a ceiling mounted projector in the front terrace room for large screen viewing, Outside there is an excellent BBQ area for dining covered by a pergola and steps leading down to the private pool with a large sun terrace area. The kids especially enjoyed time in the pool in the evenings with the remotely controlled underwater coloured disco pools lights. A ten-minute walk gets you into the centre of Moraira which has an impressive marina, an excellent variety of local shops, markets, restaurants and bars - and best of all has still managed to preserve its Spanish character. The unexpected welcome pack on arrival was very much appreciated. The owners of this villa certainly pride themselves on attention to detail and the service both before, during, and after our holiday was second to none. We will most definitely return to this villa in the future.

Buena estancia, salvo el tema eléctrico

Hemos pasado unos días muy buenos en la casa, la vista muy bonita, la piscina agradable, la casa cómoda , la distancia al centro unos 15 mntos. Como dato negativo el aire acondicionado, no sé si en el anuncio lo pone o no, pero pasamos calor ,a pesar de los ventiladores, en los dormitorios. Por otro lado no podíamos poner los dos aires del salón y del pasillo a la vez u otro electrodoméstico porque saltaba el eléctrico. Se q era un problema con la electricidad, pero fue molesto . También echamos en falta un microondas.

Great find

I’ve stayed at Casa von Vista with 5 friends of mine and I can definitely say that we had a great time! Grant is a really friendly and courteous host and requests are answered quickly. The villa itself is in great condition and has really modern large bathrooms and a nice kitchen area. The view from the villa is definitely worth the stay. All in all I can only recommend the villa and I’m sure that whoever stays here will enjoy it.

Schöner Urlaub

Sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Vermieter. Schönes Objekt und sehr gute Lage. Einziges Manko war die Sauberkeit bei Ankunft. Dafür hatte der Vermieter sich aber mehrmals entschuldigt, da er eine Reinigungsfirma beauftragt hat die nicht ordnungsmäß gearbeitet hat.

Will definitely stay longer next time

What a find. We booked this villa for a very short stay and at the last minute as we had business to attend to in the area. The villa is superbly located and a 10 minute walk into Moraira and with incredible views. It is very modern and spotlessly clean. Only regret is not having had more time there. We will be seriously considering returning with family next year.

Experiencia ideam

pasamos unos días increíbles, en una casa preciosa y con unas vistas maravillosas. Los dueños fueron súper atentos y agradables todo el rato, no nos falto de nada. El único inconveniente fue la poca potencia de la luz, cada dos por tres saltaban los plomos y esto hacia que por ejemplo la vitrocerámica fallase de vez en cuando. Por todo lo demás han sido unos días geniales, repetiriamos seguro.

Una casa 10

Si por algo se caracteriza esta casa es por las maravillosas vistas que tiene. Desde la psicina tiene unas perfectas vistas al mar. Todo está muy cuidado, nos recibieron a la llegada con una botella de cava en el frigorífico. La única pega ha sido que cuando se enchufa el aire y el horno se va la luz. Algo que ya le hemos comunicado a los propietarios. Ha sido una estancia de 10 y sin duda volvería a repetir.

Casa Con Vista is our family holiday home which we purchased in 2019. Having spent our previous three years summer family holiday in Moraira, and staying in a rented villa belonging to friends of ours, we loved the location of Moraira so much that we (after the first holiday to Moraira) made the decision to locate and purchase a suitable villa for ourselves, whilst also having the suitability to let very much in mind.

The location of the newly refurbished villa in the area of La Sabatera, a neighbourhood of Moraira (1km - a 10-15 minute walk), the uninterrupted sea views over Moraira along with the even closer (700 meters) commercial facilities (bar, restaurant & supermarket) available in La Sabatera makes Casa Con Vista ideal.
