Nice studio well equipped and functional located in the city center, quiet in a luxury residence. Everything is done on foot: beaches within 10 minutes, the SNCF / TGV station at 800m. 2 steps from the markets, you just have to put your luggage and enjoy your vacation. The apartment has a large south-west facing balcony for meals throughout the year. Upstairs with lift and an unobstructed view of one of the rare green spaces in the center of Saint Raphaël.

Small closed garage: 2.2m high x 2.5m wide x 4.9m long.
If your vehicle does not fit any worries there is space on the street or a secure paid parking nearby.
