Nomad's Fine Arts Chiado with Garage apartment is located in Rua Ivens, one of the streets across Rua Garrett in Chiado, being the perfect place to escape the busy and cosmopolitan style caractheristic of this traditional neighbourhood (one of Lisbon's finest), but at the same allowing you to wander and discover the city's main attractions at really close distances just by walking.



Nomad's Fine Arts Chiado with Garage is located in the third floor of a beautiful building, provided with elevador, in Rua Ivens, benefiting from a privileged location close to the busy lifestyle that is super caractheristic of the Chiado neighbourhood, but at the same time allowing you to be peacefully away from it. This One Bedroom luxurious apartment is carefully decorated to offer you a relaxed time after discovering Lisbon, with living room, a fully equiped kitchen, bathroom and a beautiful balcony sided to the street, with a wonderful square where the National Arts Academy is located, right at your door.



For the purpose of a safe stay, guaranteeing comfort in each of the apartments and complying with legal reporting obligations to the Portuguese authorities, identification documents/passport are requested on or before check-in.



A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required, to be charged up to 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out, subject to an inspection of the property.

We stayed at Nomad’s for 3 nights. The location is outstanding, bed very comfortable and the kitchen well- equipped. The carpets in the bedroom and living room are very tired and need a good cleaning or replacing. The plug in the bathtub is missing so a bath is impossible, however the shower was fine, lots of hot water and excellent pressure.The property manager, Joao, was very good. He went above and beyond getting us settled including recommending places to eat.

Charming stay in Lisbon

We had a fantastic stay at this VRBO in the Chiado District of Lisbon in June 2025. The apartment was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with plenty of storage for all our needs. The check-in process was smooth and easy. We absolutely loved the location—Chiado is full of great restaurants, charming shops, and just a short walk from many of Lisbon’s key historical sites. We’d definitely stay here again!

The rooms need some cleaning and updating/love. The air conditioning stopped working during the stay and it got quite hot. The location was great, but we would not stay in this apartment again.

Great location

The location was wonderful to walk to most sites in Lisbon. The balcony to sit out and enjoy coffee and wine was priceless. Apartment had everything we needed and appreciated the washer/dryer. The check in was easy as we were personally meet at the site and everything was reviewed with us. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Perfect in every way

I highly recommend this apartment. The communication with the landlord before arrival was good, and we were well received by João - despite the flight being delayed and us arriving at the apartment very late at night. The apartment is perfectly located, clean, and contained everything we needed. We would gladly return!

Corporate Style Appartment Right in Center of Lisbon

This is an good corporate style appartment, i.e. not an individual's...with the basic amenities needed for a nice stay as long as you are not looking to do much cooking in. It is right in the heart of Lisbon with lots activity going on all the time. Joao was very prompt in all his communication and the appartment was spotlessly clean.

Great Location w/ Elevator & Parking!!

The perfect location for your stay in Lisbon. Located on a beautiful, safe, quiet street just a short walking distance to all that Chiado and Baixa district have to offer. The apartment itself was more than adequate - simple, bright, clean, with a small balcony and all the amenities. The big plus was the elevator and parking space! The manager, Joao, met us at the property (a rarity these days), walked us thru the entire space and gave us a nice orientation to the neighborhood. He was very helpful and always available. We would stay here again if ever in Lisbon!

Chiado quiet and lovely

We enjoyed this beautiful apartment very much. The street is really very quiet, in such a busy part of Lisbon. Joao the property manager was excellent getting us in and explaining things, and we treated it like a luxurious home for our five nights. The AC was wonderful, although we loved keeping the doors open to the little patio. Both of us got some real mosquito bites, so we tended to keep the bedroom doors closed when sleeping! I think the coffee machine could be upgraded but I tended to go to the corner up the street and get an excellent cappuccino and pastel de nata each morning. This lovely place made Lisbon a great stay!!

Perfect location!

We spent 6 nights at Nomad Flats and were not disappointed. The location was perfect, with restaurants and shops all within walking distance. The elevator was a bonus after walking the hills of Lisbon all day. Check-in was great, and when we had any questions the response was timely. We will stay there again we we visit Lisbon.
