Enjoy strolling along San Pedro beach promenade all the way to Puerto Banus, take the kids to the vibrant Boulevard with its play grounds and tapas bars; or, simply relax in the lovely gardens and impressive pools of complex.
Whether you are basking in the sun around the fabulous pool or just enjoying an aperitif and a few nibbles on the shaded terrace, you’ll really feel like you are on holiday at this apartment rental. The clean lines and simple decor are modern but laid back and cosy and enhances the feeling of relaxation. With a compact floor plan the apartment features an open-plan living/dining room leading out to a terrace overlooking the pool; a fully fitted kitchen, including a traditional filter coffee machine, to satisfy all your self-catering needs; a double bedroom and a twin room. For your comfort: air conditioning, free high speed Wi-Fi and IPTV.

Locrisur is a pleasant and quiet complex close to a host of amenities yet with a quiet neighbourhood feel. It boasts lovely grounds with 2 swimming pools and a paddle tennis court; and within walking distance to the local supermarket and restaurants. Just a few minutes stroll down the street and you’re on the renowned beach promenade stretching all the way to Marbella. Here you will find numerous bars and restaurants along the way.
The property is located in a no party urbanisation. There is to be no late night noise nor any anti-social / disruptive behaviour.
LOCATION
San Pedro Alcantara is a coastal town wedged between Marbella and Estepona and, despite its proximity to glamorous Marbella, has managed to remain unspoilt. Very traditional and laidback, it attracts the type of visitor looking for a more low-key holiday.
Although San Pedro is small, it is a vibrant town abuzz with restaurants, bars, bakery cafes and ice cream parlours. The food scene is both local and international, with Irish pubs, Asian restaurants, Dutch bars all next to traditional Spanish bars and restaurants. There are a couple of well-priced supermarkets (Mercadona, Maskom, Carrefour and Día), a 24-hour pharmacy and boutiques. Thursday is street market day, a true bargain hunter’s paradise. The Boulevard is fast becoming the heart of San Pedro and a favourite with children with a total of six playgrounds and a skateboard area. Adults can sit around nearby, or go to one of the bar/restaurants for a drink, a snack or a meal.
Nueva Alcantara is the new part of town with wide tree-lined avenues leading down to the beach. On the waterfront, the 2 km sweeping tiled promenade serves as an open-air gym with exercise machines and is always bustling with joggers, strollers and dog walkers. It is dotted with chiringuitos all the way along, most of them offering Mediterranean cuisine and, of course, the ubiquitous thirst-quenching tinto de verano. The promenade also links up to Puerto Banus and it is possible to walk all the way to Marbella along the sea front.
Don't expect any wild nightlife. A night out typically consists of a meal and a few drinks at a local bar - although there are a couple of salsa clubs- or a moonlight stroll along the beach promenade. If you're looking for a big party night, Marbella and Puerto Banús are a short drive away.

The adjacent residential area of Guadalmina is also known for its well kept golf courses. The road to Ronda starts at San Pedro so experienced cyclists can enjoy a challenging but beautiful ride.

We stayed in the apartment in San Petro and can only rave about it. The apartment is beautiful and well equipped. You have a great view of the pool from the balcony. It is very clean and has a good quiet location. 400 m to the beach. The hosts are very friendly and we felt comfortable. The people in Marbella are very helpful and friendly. There are many vegan options.we really enjoyed the time.

My wife and I have absolutely no complaints about the apartment, everything was exactly what we want
It had everything that was listed and more, the beds were comfortable linen was spotless the kitchen was fully equipped and the living area had the feeling of home. The view from the balcony overlooking the main swimming pool was outstanding the grounds were kept well manicured and spotlessly clean and in the week we were there we never saw any litter.
