The house "ORSA MINORE" (the blue one in the plan) has an area of 40 sq m habitable and 30 sq m covered veranda.
Inside there is an air conditioner of the heat pump type.
A total of 5 beds can be used.
The house consists of a double bedroom plus an opening bed, a space in the sleeping area with a single bed, a lounge with kitchenette where there is a double sofa bed, a bathroom with shower.

The house "ORSA MAGGIORE" (the red one in the plan) has an area of 90 m2 and 35 m2 of covered veranda.
A heat pump-type air conditioner is installed inside.
A total of 8 comfortable beds can be used, which can be extended to 10 beds if necessary.
The ORSA MAGGIORE house consists of two double bedrooms plus a single bed, a bedroom with 2 single beds, a living room with kitchenette where there is a double sofa bed, two bathrooms with shower.

Orsa Maggiore and Orsa minor are part of the same building and are internally separated. They share the parking lot.

Séjour Alghero

Alghero en point central, nous sommes allés de Bosa à Castelsardo, en passant par la grotte de Neptune. Trés agréable, beaux paysages mais un peu trop de monde partout. Nous avons été très bien acceuillis par Giovanni et Antonella, des personnes très agréables et d'une grande gentillesse. La maison est spacieuse et la terrasse couverte un régal.

Non mancava nulla ma arredamento molto datato. Da rivedere gli arredi esterni. Poco pulito. molto caldo. Comoda la posizione e il parcheggio
