Villa Mirta is the ideal solution for those who want to spend their holidays in total relaxation and enjoy the privacy that only the Alghero countryside can offer.
Immersed in about 1000 square meters of pure Mediterranean vegetation, close to restaurants and spas, tennis courts and public swimming pools.
A recently renovated environment, new and in complete Sardinian style.

The house is about 10 minutes away (by car) from the most beautiful beaches of Alghero and 5 minutes from the major supermarkets and the city.
It is ideal for a holiday with your children, a couple or a group of friends who want to relax but at the same time have fun.

The house consists of:

• At the entrance one large veranda

• Large living room with two sofas and tv, covered veranda where you can enjoy your meals in complete relaxation.

• dining room with kitchen, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toast machine, boiler.

• two bedrooms (one double with one bed; one double with two beds)

• one more veranda just outside the bedrooms

• green lawn, with 4 big umbrellas, 2 more in the back of the house. Barbecue.

• swimming pool and deck chairs

• All windows and French windows are equipped with mosquito nets;

• The house is fully air conditioned;

included:

• bed sheets; towels
• consumption of electricity, gas, water and Wi-Fi;
• washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board, hairdryer.
• kettle, coffee machine, toast machine, microwave, fan oven, outdoor barbecue.
• final cleaning (€ 50; included in the quote)

Supplements (on request):

• any periodic cleaning (€ 10 / hour)

To be paid upon arrival:

• Security deposit to cover possible damages € 200. (if there is no damage in the house it will be returned in full).
