About this property

Modern in-town condo with parking on Rehoboth Ave and linens now included!

THE PROPERTY: Our 1-bedroom 1-bath condo is located on the second floor of an elevator building right in the heart of Rehoboth Beach on Rehoboth Avenue. The bed is queen and sofa bed is a larger full size bed.

PARKING- One off-street spot is provided behind the building as well as one on-street parking pass which is good for any non-metered spot within Rehoboth Beach city limits. This will allow you, if you desire, to drive closer to a less crowded part of the beach before returning home to be right back in the action for Rehoboth’s nightlife!

LOCATION- Our home is wonderfully located within a 15-minute walk to the beach/boardwalk and less than a 5 minute walk to the birthplace of Dogfish Head Brewing Company and two of our favorite restaurants in town Chesapeake & Maine and Stingray.

CABLE/INTERNET/TV: We have wifi available within our unit and one TV. The TV does not have traditional cable but is a smartTV with access to many cable channels through YouTubeTV service and Disney+.

Please note, there is not a washer/dryer in the unit. There is, however, a laundromat a short 2-minute walk up Rehoboth Ave.

Wow! We had an incredible experience from start to finish. Our little family had a perfect stay at this condo. It was walking distance to restaurants, shops and beach. The beds were comfy and Jeff had all of the amenities available to make our stay even more comfortable with the young kiddos. Jeff was extremely easy to work with and will definitely stay at his place next time we visit Rehoboth.

Our check-in process was seamless. Jeff gave us detailed instructions on how to get to the apartment building, where to park, where to find the property keys, etc. He even send a photo of the lock box to avoid any confusion. I arrived with my husband and 2 young children after midnight and was relieved to enter the apartment without any issues. Though it was a bit of an inconvenience the first night, we were informed that linens and towels were not provided. However, Jeff did have a mattress pad for the futon/sofa bed, which made it so comfortable that my children slept well each of the 4 nights we were there. Jeff was courteous and thoughtful. He sent us a message after we checked in to see how we were doing. He provided new backpack folding beach chairs and a nice insulated cooler bag for use during our stay. He also let us know ahead of time that the internet and television were not working. Because of this inconvenience, he did give us a partial refund as compensation. The 15-minute walk to the beach is easy and safe. Along the way you'll pass shops, restaurants and food kiosks. If this distance is too far to carry all of your beach stuff, Rehoboth Beach has a loading and unloading zone at the end of Rehoboth Ave by the bandstand.

The condo was fine for a long weekend for my husband and myself, would also be fine for a family with one or two young children, but would be tight for more than one couple. The kitchen was perfect for us as we were not planning on doing any cooking during our vacation, but anyone planning to cook in might find themselves challenged. The location is perfect to walk to all the restaurants in Rehoboth and not a bad walk to the beach either.

Terrific place, terrific location!

Location, location, location - this place has it! Walking distance to anything and everything in Rehoboth. The apartment is exactly as described. It’s perfect for two people... comfortable, cozy, but not claustrophobic. It’s laid out well and very efficient... and the bed is comfortable! Jeff is great - the right mix of hospitable and professional, and super responsive. You can’t go wrong here.

Cute Property & Great Location

We stayed for a long weekend in September and this property was great for our needs. It was easy walking to all the restruants and beach. The condo has everything you need from Wi-Fi to growlers available to fill at the local brewery. There is a convience store within a few minute walk for anything you might forget. The owner had great recommendations for restruants and we enjoyed each one.

Nicely renovated space

I recently stayed at the condo with my husband and 2 small children. The location an easy walk to restaurants and the beach. The space is clean and nicely renovated. The AC units worked perfectly and the main bed was comfortable. The owner, Jeff, was very responsive before and after booking. I would definitely stay again!

Great place to stay!

My family stayed in this condo and it was fantastic! Its very clean and the use of space is incredible. Easy walk to shops, food, boardwalk. The owners are extremely responsive to any questions. My husband and I slept on the comfy queen bed and our two daughters (ages 8 and 10) shared the sofa bed with plenty of room. I hope to stay here again next year.

Perfect spot for a couple

My husband and I stayed here with our newborn for a week early in the summer and it was perfect! The location is right on Rehoboth avenue - a 2 minute walk to Starbucks, 5 minutes to dogfish head, and 15 minute walk to the beach. The condo was clean and just the right size for the three of us. The parking in the back meant we never had to move our car. We would definitely stay here again next time we're in Rehoboth!
