On the ground floor, the living and dining area serves as the heart of the home, complete with an open-hearth fireplace intended for decorative purposes, a dining table, and direct access to the terrace. Also on this level, 1 bedroom is equipped with 1 french bed and benefits from its own private shower and WC, as well as an electric heater for added comfort. The kitchen on this floor is fully equipped and functional, featuring an oven, a dishwasher, 4 gas rings, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine.

On the upper floor, 2 additional bedrooms are available, each furnished with 1 french bed. These 2 rooms share a bathroom with a bath and WC. Guests should be aware that heating is not available in all rooms of the property.
