Petasos Villa has a total area of 80 sqm and features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom with twin beds that can be converted into a double bed, along with an en-suite bathroom with a spacious shower and WC. Additionally, you'll find a beautiful open-plan living and dining area that connects to a fully equipped modern kitchen. This level features large French windows that lead to a spacious veranda with patio furniture, offering marvellous views of the Libyan Sea and the surrounding area. An internal staircase leads to the upper floor, where you'll discover the second bedroom and a spacious shower/WC.

A very nice holiday in the south of Crete.

Fantastic villa. Better quality of the cutlery. Some of the outdoor lighting was out of order. Which was a pity, as everything else was perfect.

Entspannung pur

Wir waren 14 Tage zu Gast in der Villa Petasos 1 und hatten eine wundervolle Zeit. Bei unserer Ankunft steckte der Schlüssel in der Tür, persönlich begrüßt wurden wir am nächsten Tag, dabei wurde auch geklärt, ob und wie oft geputzt werden soll und wann Handtücher/Bettwäsche gewechselt werden sollen, wobei wir auf alle Leistungen verzichtet haben. Als Begrüßungsgeschenk stand eine Flasche Wein bereit und es lag eine grosse Flasche Wasser im Kühlschrank. Täglich wurde der Pool gesäubert, wenn etwas fehlte oder es Probleme gab, wurde sofort Abhilfe geschaffen. Zwischendurch haben wir selbstgebackenen Kuchen bekommen, der super lecker war. Die Betten waren mega bequem, insgesamt war das Haus gut und gemütlich ausgestattet. Der Blick auf das Dorf und das Meer war einfach herrlich, insgesamt liegt das Haus sehr ruhig. Das Besteck und Kochbesteck sollte dringend aufgestockt werden bzw. gegen eine bessere Qualität ersetzt werden, zudem fehlte eine Schere. Trotz täglicher Reinigung waren im Pool immer viele Insekten zu finden, aber irgendwie waren die Pumpen auch nicht an. Es fehlte ein grosser Wäscheständer oder eine Wäscheleine, wo man hätte gewaschene Wäsche aufhängen können.

Fijn huis op prachtige lokatie 🤩

Het was een fijn huis (linker deel) met prachtig uitzicht. Fijne slaapkamers met airco en badkamers erbij. Zwembad is niet groot, maar wel heerlijk een eigen zwembadje voor de verkoeling. Terrasje voor het huis ook super met overkapping om te eten en te borrelen. Je kan naar het dorp lopen voor supermarktje, bakkertje en paar restaurantjes. Naar Plakias in 10minuten rijden ook super en goede uitvalsbasis voor andere mooie plekken! We vonden het alleen jammer dat er helemaal geen persoonlijk contact is geweest bij ontvangst of vertrek. Ook geen tips gekregen voor de omgeving. Dat hadden we wel gewaardeerd.

En flott feriebolig med alt det du trenger for å få en fin ferie. Rent og fint. God service da vi kontaktet verten angående dårlig wifi. Serviceperson kom og ordnet opp raskt. Fin utsikt. God mat, god service og hyggelig betjening på de 3 restaurantene i gåavstand fra huset.

Beeindruckende Unterkunft und prima Service sowie atemraubender Aussicht

Petasos 1 ist die westliche Haushälfte. Tagsüber mit etwas mehr Sonne als die östliche Haushälfte Petasos 2. Die Pools sind nicht üppig aber zum plantschen groß genug. Die Tiefe von etwa 1,50m eignet sich zum Tauchen. Der Pool hat zudem eine knöcheltiefe etwa 6m x 2,50m große Terrasse im Wasser. Dort könnten sogar Kleinkinder unter Aufsicht plantschen. Wir lagen dort zum Sonnen im Wasser, wie auf einer Luftmatratze, nur bequemer. Jeden Morgen wurde der Pool vom Juniorchef Andreas [secretnestnikos@hotmail.com] top gereinigt. Trotz der exponierten Lage des Hauses sind die Terrassen- und Liegebereiche geschützt und uneinsehbar. Die Architektur des Objekts ist durchdacht und im Detail genial. Beide Haushälften haben barrierefreie Zugänge zum Erdgeschoss. Allerdings können die Poolbereiche wegen der Topographie nicht ohne kurze Treppen erreicht werden. Alle Zimmer sind modern gestaltet und in mangelfreiem Zustand. Sicherheitsbeleuchtung weist den Rettungsweg; das gibt ein Gefühl von Sicherheit. Das separate Schlafzimmer mit großem Doppelbett im OG hat ein eigenes Bad mit Dusche und WC sowie einen eigenen Fernseher. Das Schlafzimmer mit großem Doppelbett im Erdgeschoss verfügt ebenfalls über ein TV, eigenes Bad mit Dusche und WC, Föhn, Waschmaschine. Im Erdgeschoss von Petasos 1 befindet sich eine Wohnküche mit ausreichend großem Wohn- und Essbereich; Petasos 2 hat dieses Zimmer im OG darüber. Auch in der Wohnküche befindet sich ein Fernseher. Die Küche bietet Kühlschrank, 3 Gefrierfächer, Herd, Backofen, Micro, Toaster, Sandwichmaker, Wasserkocher, Besteck, Geschirr, Töpfe ... eine komplette und moderne Kochausstattung. Wir bekamen kleine und große Handtücher, sowie Badetücher für die Sonnenliegen. WLAN (<10 Mbit) gab es gratis. Die herumstreunenden Katzen sind herzzerreißend, aber leider sehr hartnäckig, wenn man sie mitleidsvoll anfüttert ... und sie werden dann auch immer mehr und fordernder (kleine Gremlins). Die Aussicht aus allen Zimmern sowie den Terrassen auf das Meer und die Berge ist phänomenal. Bis zum gemischten (Textil und FKK) Strand von Souda sind es auf kürzestem Weg etwa 2,5km, allerdings sind dabei nahezu 300 Höhenmeter zu überwinden. Die Straße dorthin ist asphaltiert, wenngleich sehr holprig. Die Schotterwege sind nicht für herkömmliche PKW geeignet. Auch zu Fuß sind diese Wege schwerlich zu begehen, weil der Grobschotter sehr lose ist und unter den Schuhen leicht wegrollt. Der Ort hat einen Dorfladen. Zum Canyon sind es etwa 4km.

Aufenthalt Villa Petasos 1

Es handelt sich um eine super schöne, grosszügige Ferienwohnung auf 2 Étagen mit eigenem Pool. Wirklich toll. Auch die Sicht ist hervorragend. Die Wohnung ist topmodern eingerichtet, was uns auch sehr gut gefällt. Leider war die Wohnung überhaupt nicht gut geputzt. Vorallem die Bäder nicht. Die eine WC-Schüssel war dreckig (Foto vorhanden), ebenfalls wurden die Wasserhähnen nicht geputzt, die Spiegel waren nicht sauber, auf den WC-Spülungen waren Fingerabdrücke, Seifenspender und weitere Utensilien waren alle sehr schmuddlig und nicht geputzt. Auch sonst war alles sehr staubig (Lampen, Fernseh etc.). Das A und O einer Ferienwohnung ist die Sauberkeit. Als Gast erwartet man eine absolut gut geputzte und saubere Wohnung. Erst recht für diesen Preis. Das war leider nicht der Fall, was uns sehr gestört hat. Schade, denn die Unterkunft selber ist top. Was wir vermisst haben ist ein richtiger, grösserer Wäscheständer, damit all die Tücher und Badekleider nach dem Strand aufgehängt und getrocknet werden können. Der Mini-Ständer oben auf dem Balkon zum ausziehen reicht für eine 4-köpfige Familie niemals aus. Ebenfalls hatten wir z.B. als Besteck nur 3 Messer anstelle 4 und auch nur 1 Schälchen für Müsli, was auch da für eine 4-köpfige Familie nicht ausreicht. Wir haben dann 1 Schälchen dazu gekauft.

mooie woning

Het is mooie moderne en strakke woning met fijn koel zwembad, dat iedere dag wordt schoon gemaakt. Het dorp is vlakbij voor supermarktje en restaurants. Een mooie plek.
