Entire independent Tavern of about 160MQ with about 4000 MQ of Garden on Villa completely in stone and wood. A large bathroom with shower, GREAT KITCHEN, Very large living room. FIREPLACE with WOOD OVEN also in the Bedroom.
About 2000 square meters per parking space.
Breathtaking panorama over the city of Perugia, which can be reached only 3 minutes by car.
Our house is located in the highest position of a high hill within a nationally protected park with unique panoramas in the city of Perugia and surrounding areas.
INTERNET in Optical Fiber
free, unlimited, both in Wi-Fi and wired Ethernet. Also available outside in the whole garden, and in all internal areas of the house.

In addition to the entire ground floor, you also have a garden with a well-kept lawn and a park with century-old plants and other collectibles.

Animals are very welcome, but they must get along well with Cats and Dogs who live in the garden of our house.
