The apartment is furnished in a rustic style and features a small living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed, an open-hearth fireplace, and satellite TV. Additionally, there is 1 room with 1 double bed and 2 rooms, each with 1 bed (80 cm).

Upon entering the apartment, guests are greeted by an entrance hall that is equipped with air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 5 gas rings, freezer, and electric coffee machine. There is also a dining table located in the kitchen. Guests can exit to the terrace from the kitchen, which is roofed and features terrace furniture, a barbecue, and 3 deck chairs.
