Ideally located 100 yards from Borough Tube Station (Northern Line), 5 minutes’ walk to Borough Market, 10 minutes to Tate Modern and 15 minutes to the City. The townhouse was built in the 1880s and recently subjected to a full renovation to accommodate stylish décor and all modern amenities including AC throughout. With stunning view of the Shard and a private terrace it offers a quiet and private retreat from the noise and bustle of the city.

I fell in love with the house when I first saw it. It was originally built in the 1880s as a doctor's practice and upstairs living accommodation. When I originally bought it, the house was in a very bad state of disrepair and it took the builders nearly nine months to do a complete renovation. Now the house has all the modern comforts and is very cozy, despite being so close to the City, restaurants, museums and shops.
