Las Americas has a variety of bars and entertainment to suit all tastes. The complex is situated in an excellent, up-market location within Las Americas and is suitable for the most discerning of holiday maker.

Overall good

Only 3negative about this studioPillows on bed were extremely poor and towels need replacing and we thought we would have at least one English TV channel we didn’t have any Positives were everything else other than the above Perfect location perfect complex really good communication and check in process

Beautiful apartment

We had an amazing stay at this studio. It's close to everything : shops, supermarkets, beach, restaurants,.... everything ! The pool is quiet and relaxing, even at this time of the year. The studio isn't exposed to the sun all day so it's fresh inside during the day and the night. It's also nice to eat on the balcony ! There is enough room for 2 people, the closet is big enough too. There are a lot of power sockets. Riina's agent, Eike, is always contactable and very kind and helpful. Would definitely recommend !

Ein hübsches kleines Apartment. Schön hergerichtet, zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Super Lage! Direkte Anbindung zum Flughafen (mit dem 40er bis zur Station Columbus). Wir kommen gerne wieder! Einziges Manko: wenn man sich ein Mietauto nimmt ist es abends so gut wie unmöglich einen Parkplatz in der Nähe zu finden.

Great holiday

Just left the studio and had a great holiday here, Dasha picked us up at airport as we arrived late and showed us around studio which has everything you need and spacious, well furnished modern flat and comfortable sofa bed, balcony gets sun from afternoon onwards, restaurants bars and beach is next to studio. Would recommend this flat and would come back.

Nice little studio, ideal for 2 people. Close to restaurants, bars, and supermarket across the road. Everything you need in apartment. Can get a little noisy from stragglers late at night. Nice pool area, but can't take your own drinks or food.

nice clean tidy appartment good complex english tv channels go off every night about 8 come back after 12 but whole complex had same problem if you want to be in centre of everything this is the place to be

Highly recommend Riina's apartment.

A small cosy studio in a great location. Have nothing but nice things to say about the place and the people who dealt with us, from Owners Direct to Riina the owner and to Lilyan the agent who met us on arrival. Everything you need is in the apartment. We had had a small issue regarding our keys, that was sorted within a couple of hours and really cant thank Riina and Lilyan enough for everything. I highly recommend this small apartment. There is a double pull out sofa and a single pull out bed.

Nice property - great value for money.

We enjoyed our stay at Riina's apartment. It had everything we needed and there was plenty of room for my girlfriend and I. We had a few problems with the TV and the balcony door, but Riina's agent (Eike) was quick to help and fixed the problems immediately. Would definitely recommend :-)

Myself & my wife had a great stay at this apartment. It was very clean, perfect location, had everything we needed for our stay & the owner was very accommodating & always contactable . I would not hesitate in recommending this apartment and we have already booked again for this Christmas

Lovely Studio

This is a very clean well kept studio, in fact the whole building is well maintained. All the staff are friendly and helpfull. WiFi cost €12 for the first week and €5 per week thereafter. I would recommend this property for couples

This studio was lovely, very close to beach, shops and nightlife. The reception staff where always polite and made us feel welcome. The pool area was really quiet as it was November we were there. The bar staff at the pool didn't speak a word of english but once they knew what we were drinking this wasn't a problem. I does say on the description that there is english channels but we were only able to find CNN and that was after the owner had tried to explain where to find others as the digital box is quiet difficult to work. I would recommend this apartment to family & friends as we had a fantastic stay here.

my stay

the studio was well presented and clean and in a good location close to all nightlife,restaurants and bars,the only problems I had were on arrival I was told washing machine didn't work and I was there for a month also I wasn't given a key to the pool area so it became a task to get in,also work goin on next door but one so constant drilling and banging and after al that I would recommend it to family and friends.the tv had no English channels but I would go back if washing machine fixed and a key provided for pool?
