This accomodation is excellent, clean, spacious and modern and everything supplied for a super stay! The beds are very comfortable with spotless bedding. Its location is perfect for visiting York and the park and ride services are cheap and very efficient. Our host, Julie who we met is delightful and the complementary bottle of wine was well received after a long journey! Thank you for a superb stay.
The house was so clean and homely. The pictures don't do it justice, its beautiful. I will definitely stay there again. Julie and her husband were so lovely. They stayed on the phone until we got in. The apartment is in a quiet highstreet and it is close to a tesco extra, Morrisons and a few pubs. I highly recommend it!

The apartment is extremely well presented and is very well equipped with a great location for shops and pubs close by. Communication with the owner was easy and her directions were extremely helpful, as was her explanation of the check-in process. I would definitely recommend this property for a couple or small family.

I am a former community Midwife, now working for the East Yorkshire Council, I manage this Apartment with my husband. I love sharing what we have to offer in the area and am always pleased when guests tell me how lovely the Apartments are.
Why they chose this property
My Husband and his partners bought and renovated this former listed hotel building converting it into 9 apartments. There is a small business selling windows and doors on the ground floor, and this has helped rejuvenate a former eyesore on the high street into a new use for the building. and keeping our lovely hightstreet busy.
What makes this property unique
Lots of pubs, retaurants small business' and a local high street just outside your door. But also, the beautiful Yorkshire Wolds within easy walking distance. Much loved and wonderfully captured by David Hockney in his East Yorkshire series of paintings.
