The generous master bedroom has a king-size bed, walk-in wardrobe, dressing table, Smart TV and an en suite with large double shower. A good size second bedroom with twin beds and a Smart TV. The large open-plan living/dining/kitchen space features comfy sofas and a large 65 inch Smart TV – perfect for Movie nights. The generous kitchen is fully fitted with all mod cons including coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher and washer. Keep everyone entertained with our combined pool table/table tennis/diner and retro arcade games machine.

Steps lead from the patio doors to an amazing private outside area. The entertainment space features our signature Raywell Cabana Day bed. A fixed steel gazebo provides an outdoor living room feel with corner sofas. Fire up the grill on the BBQ area and enjoy al fresco dining on the bespoke outdoor dining furniture. An outdoor hot tub completes this well arranged space with festooned lighting giving a perfect evenings ambience.
