A recently renovated terrace house conveniently located within easy reach of local amenities, regular bus routes into Reading town centre and just half a mile from Reading West train station. It has an allocated parking bay and the water is softened throughout the house.
The space
Welcome to my Reading home! Located near Kensington Park with Children's play area, recreation ground and outdoor gym equipment.
It is perfectly designed for both group of travellers or families looking to enjoy this great town, 2 double beds and 1 sofa bed, cosy and spacious. You will find the living room and kitchen very inviting. The dining kitchen is well stocked, both with essentials and with good cooking equipment, pots and pans of course, but there's also a slow cooker, microwave, oven and toaster. There is plenty of storage for allowing you to properly unpack as you wish. I provide free Wi-Fi, towels, fresh sheets, and shampoo for your stay.
As a way to minimise coronavirus, our professional cleaners are taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations. Especially for our guests, our Reading Travel Guide highlights the best attractions, restaurants, shops, bars, and things to do in Reading.

* Property is managed by a Professional Co-Host of Airbnb
* Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am.
* Please note that a fee of £100 will be charged for lost keys--please be careful with them.
* My property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as shampoo, conditioners and soap.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
