The Main House can accommodate up to 15 people with the Corner Wing accommodating a further 10, totalling 25 guests



The Corner Wing

Large fully equipped ground floor kitchen with gas range cooker/hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, table and chairs for four. Lounge & Dining Cosy lounge with seating for 10 guests on comfortable modern suites. 42″ flat screen TV with Virgin Media package and fibre broadband providing superfast WiFi. Feature fireplace with inset Wood-Burner, perfect for winter breaks. Modern dining area with large dining table with seating for 10 guests. Double doors out to rear patio & garden. Indoor permanent 4 - 6 person hot tub room available to hire for £325 for a weekend or midweek stay or £400 for the week.

The Main House

Magnificent kitchen & dining room enabling 25 guests to enjoy eating and drinking in a spacious and characterful room with doors out onto the patio area. The kitchen is supplied with everything you would need to cater for 25 guests. With a full height free standing side by side fridge / freezer, coffee making machine, microwave, feature range double oven with 6 burner gas hob, dishwasher, and washing machine with dryer facility. Large Kitchen island with ample storage Lounge & Dining Character lounge with quality furnishings for guests to relax in total comfort. Inset Wood-Burner, ideal for Winter weekend getaways. A large Samsung TV is provided complimented by Virgin Media package including Movies and Sport for your total home from home experience. Views out onto the rear garden.



6 Bedrooms: 1 ground floor double with wet room en-suite, 2 family bedrooms 1 with en-suite, 1 master bedroom with en-suite, 2 twin bedrooms.



Dogs are welcome.



Due to the terms of our planning consent as a holiday home Hen and Stag parties are not permitted. House rules also dictate that eating and drinking outside on the terrace must by completed by 11pm. Loud music is not to be played after this time outside. If inside it is asked that windows and doors are closed.

First basket of logs free then £7.50 a bag thereafter.

There is a 4 - 6 person hot tub available to hire at £325 for the weekend/midweek break and £400 per week stay in the gardens of the property and another in a converted outbuilding off the corner wing, again for £325 for a shortbreak/weekend or £400 per week..


A wonderful Welcome pack is provided including a bottle of Prosecco, New Forest Spring Water, locally produced Tutti Fruity Jam, Biscuits, Milk, Tea & Coffee*. Also a discount Go New Forest card to be used locally which can provide discounts when used with participating businesses. * Contents may vary.





Bookings are Friday to Friday for 7 night stays, Friday to Monday for weekend stays, and Monday to Friday for mid-week stays.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
