Located on a quiet tree lined road in Bournemouth, minutes from a Blue Flag sandy beach. DETACHED, 1930’s, spacious 8 bedroom house, sensitively refurbished to a high end luxury standard. Corner plot, 3 floors, 11 big rooms & 4 bathrooms. Gated driveway with off road parking for up to 8 cars.

The Grand Entrance Hallway is perfect to treat arriving guests to a champagne reception. Built in sound proofing throughout the house, enhances guest privacy during those especially celebratory moments. Much of house and garden is shielded from view by tall fences, trees and mature shrubs, separating 3 grassy lawns.

Pamper yourself without leaving the house. Beauty treatment room contains hair dresser chairs, large mirrors and massage table. Large period bay window overlooking mature shrubs, lawn and a weeping willow tree in garden.

Close to everything. 6-minute drive to sandy Blue Flag beach with free parking. 10-minute drive to the Bournemouth town centre. 8-minute drive to a recently refurbished SPA (steam rooms, saunas & Jacuzzi).

Perfect night’s sleep, up to 24 in 8 large bedrooms. Thick pocket sprung mattresses with beautiful headboards. 100% white cotton bedlinen and towels.

Family weekend away

We stayed here for my mum’s 70th and brothers 50th. Plenty of room and space for all 3 generations and ages ranging from 1-70! The house is well equipped and a great location. We all really enjoyed our stay.

Incredible stay

This really is the perfect getaway! The rooms are spacious with all the amenities you would need. The host is amazing and is brilliant wirh her communication skills plus it is just a 10 minute drive from the beach and minutes to any major supermarket, myself, family and friends had the most wonderful relaxing break!

Great for groups of families

The kitchen is very well equipped with high quality appliances. Bedrooms are fairly spacious with lots of beds. All very clean. Close to the centre of Bournemouth by car. All in all a great place for groups of families to holiday together, just be aware of noise restrictions outside after 8.30pm but the house is well soundproofed from inside. Also the host is lovely, great communication and very helpful :)

I chose this property to accommodate all the family for birthday celebrations. It was clean and comfortable. The property manager always responded quickly to any questions that I asked. I was slightly surprised by all the rules but given that it was in a quiet area we respected the neighbours.

Ideal family accomodation

This property was ideal for 4 separate families, my wife and I, our three children and their 5 children. Plenty of room for 9 adults, 4, children under 10 and one 4 month old baby with each family having their own separate accomodation. Very well equipped and the trampoline and and pool table were excellent additions .

Fantastic base for large groups in Bournemouth

Myself and 9 friends were in Bournemouth for a golfing weekend and used this property as a base. It is spacious and well appointed with plenty of beds over 3 floors, a large dining room and we’ll equipped kitchen. There is not much space outside for socialising and very close neighbours mean you have to watch how much noise you make later in the afternoon. However we were out enjoying Bournemouth’s many restaurants and bars in the evenings so it didn’t affect us too much. The check in process was very simple and Azaria did a great job communicating with us and made everything run very smoothly. We had a great time!

Very clean and tidy with plenty of room for everyone. Lovely showers and kitchen and children enjoyed the garden. Loads to do in surrounding area. We visited Southbourne beach which was great for kids and Moor Park Country Park which was great value for a day out

We’ve just come back from a four night family stay and all 13 of us had lots of fun and laughter within a comfortable, spacious, well equipped and clean house.. The location was perfect we just parked up the cars and used United Taxis to get around or walked. The house had everything we required and the pool table kept us all entertained.
