Fantastic 3 bedroomed detached villa with private pool, free wi-fi and A/C

Our villa is a fantastic 3 bedroomed 3 bathroomed detached property conveniently located to the airport, amenities, bars, restaurants and beach! With its own private pool and terrace as well as a secure gated private garden, it is ideal for sun bathing and al fresco dining.

We have just moved to homeaway from another rental website so now have no reviews however we had 35 Five Star reviews and we have many returning guests. If you would like to see the reviews please contact me and I will email them to you. The villa feels like a home rather than a bare empty rental property and has everything you need for a fantastic holiday!

The villa is situated in the Los Narejos area of Los Alcazares on the Costa Calida coast of South Eastern Spain, which is less than 5 minutes from Murcia (San Javier) Airport

It is ideally situated for your holiday as it is a 5 minute walk to a whole range of bars and restaurants and another 5 minute walk to the beautiful beaches of the Mar Menor.

The villa has 3 bedrooms which are air-conditioned and a large veranda overlooking the private swimming pool. 3 Bathrooms. Private, secure gated mature garden is complete with an ornate Barbecue for Al Fresco dining.

Ground floor shower room with toilet & sink, ideal for elderly/infirm.

The villa is alarmed and has bars/grilles so is very secure on a night or when you go out.
As well as the heating & air conditioners in the bedrooms there are portable radiators to use on winter evenings
Large ground floor patio area overlooking the pool with table & 6 chairs for Al Fresco dining!
Mature garden with secure locked gates.
Driveway for two cars.
Parasol & 5 sunbeds.
Very spacious 1st floor solarium off main bedroom with sun all day, perfect for sunbathing.
Woodstore for logs for log fire
No smoking in the property, however outside of the property in the garden and on the veranda is acceptable.

Ideal for families or senior citizens.
Personal meet/greet service is included in the price.

*Note - Please pay the cleaning fee of €100 to the person who will meet you on your arrival at the villa.

Great villa with everything you need, Pool was brilliant and much bigger than it looks on the photos. Location is perfect for shops, pubs, restaurants & beach all in a short walking distance. Would definitely book to stay again.

Excellently located and very comfortable villa, the pool is the highlight but the villa has everything required for a relaxing holiday. Susanne the property Manager went above and beyond in providing support and Mark was extremely helpful in accommodating our needs. We would not hesitate to return back here.

Relaxation

The villa had everything we needed for our 2 week stay. The location is fabulous for supermarkets and the main strip. The pool was the perfect size and bigger than what we thought. We loved the fact that the pool man came twice while we was there to ensure it was clean and the levels were maintained. We would definitely come back and this has changed our views on how we will holiday in the future. Thankyou mark for a lovely stay.

After the floods

Just back from a lovely holiday in Los Alcazares . It was a real shame what has happened in the Old Town , but the whole place is showing great spirit in the face of adversity. The house had a little water damage and the surrounding streets were filthy with mud , but this did not stop us enjoying our holiday . The villa was in the perfect location , being so close to the square and all supermarkets . We spent many an afternoon on the shaded front porch or cooling off in the pool. Die Größe des Hauses und die Ausstattung hat gut gefallen. Die Liegen om Aussenbereich waren durchgelegen und das Haus war zwar sauber...wir vermuten aber längere Zeit vor unserem Aufenthalt wurde geputzt, da doch Staub lag. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr ruhig und sehr zentral. Zu Fuß in 2 Minuten in der "Restaurant-Meile und in 10 Minuten am Strand.

This was our second visit to the property this year and we hope to return next year.

Good location very close to shops / restaurants and 10 minute walk to the beach. We had good communication with both the property owner Mark and his local rep Susanne and they were always available and easy to contact. We hope to return soon.

This house is perfect for families. There is enough space even if the weather is not so good. The oven is a bit tricky, but well, after some practise we became friends :-) The agency is well chosen. Helpful at any time.

Why they chose this property

Our property is located on a quiet street less than five minutes walk from the supermarket, shops, bars and restaurants.

A further five minutes walk takes you to the beautiful beach with its promenade and beach bars.

I know we are biased but our villa is in the perfect location on a quiet street away from the hustle and bustle of the bars but close enough to be five minutes away. In our opinion, our street is the best location in the area.
