Beautifully appointed 4 bed detached villa with pool.
2 double bedrooms ( 1 double 1 twin) on ground floor with full bathroom. Spacious kitchen diner leading out on the large patio, with rattan dinning furniture. Large pool with sunbeds and seating.

Upstairs a further 2 double bedrooms (king size beds), both with en-suites, patio doors lead both rooms out on to the terrace. Beautiful view over the reserve, perfect to watch the sunset.

One more flight of stairs takes you to the stunning roof solarium with views of the sea and nature reserve,rooftop drinks fridge, rattan seating, sunbeds and pergola.

Just a five minute stroll to the beach Mil Palmeras weather has over 300 days of sunshine a year making it popular for holidaymakers all year round, for the sun worshipers in the summer months to those wanting to escape the long dark winters of Northern Europe.

Mil Palmeras has what is known as its strip where you can have a meal out. The Olympia Bar and Restaurant in Mil Palmeras is a popular choice to have a meal as it also has a pool to enjoy.

A family of 7 stayed for a week. 4 adults, 2 teens and a child. Lovely villa in a quiet location. Only criticism was the supermarket is quite a walk slightly uphill so if you don't have a car, carrying water etc back is a bit of a slog. Also no bin bags or dishwasher salt/rinse aid provided and outside cushions should do with a refresh. Other than that a fantastic stay.

A lot of space on all balconies and by the pool! Unfortunately there was no hot water in the showers, This unfortunately lowers the rating!

We had an amazing stay in this villa in Mil Palmares. It’s a beautiful villa in a fantastic location. The villa had everything we wanted to enjoy a great family holiday. There is plenty of space in the villa and it has a beautiful pool area and very nice pool. The area is also very nice. We really enjoyed and hopefully will return in the future. I highly recommend.

Birthday celebrations

There were 8 of us staying in Villa Pym to celebrate 3 birthdays . We all agreed it was a lovely place to stay. The pool was the highlight for most of us. Beach 20 minutes away. Olympia Pool & Garden fairly close, good food and service. In mil Palmeras there are various eateries, most of which are good. We would recommend this villa for families & friends.

Family holiday

Lovely property equipped for everday needs, pool large enough for all of our family(7) to use at the same time. Positioned so tha we had sunshine all day on 3 storeys. Location of property from supermarket, beach and restaurant approx 15 minute walk, slight issue if you have mobility problems or pushing a pram back uphill. Interaction with Host and Property Management was exceptional all our messages and questions were answered extremely quickly. Check-in and check-out went really smoothly. Would definitely return to stay at this property again.

I wouldn’t class this villa as luxury. On first impressions it looks fantastic however there are a few points that detract from the luxury feel of the property. The overall cleanliness could be improved with particular attention paid to the shower heads and the extractor fan in the downstairs bathroom, and behind bedroom doors. Also the sofa and chairs in the living room were extremely worn and stained. The beds were pretty comfortable apart from the twins in one of the downstairs bedrooms as they are fairly narrow and probably more suitable for children. The outside furniture was showing its age with some of the loungers cracked on the underside and the padding busted or torn at the seams. The air conditioner was unable to reduce the internal temperature to below 23 degrees making it uncomfortable for sleeping(even after the maintenance man came to check it out) There are a couple of what I would consider as safety concerns in the villa, there is no handrail at the first flight of stairs up to the bedrooms, and more importantly no handrail or support to get into or out of the pool especially when the steps are quite deep. There is also a trip hazard at the front gate to enter the property and as we were traveling with someone with limited mobility and a wheelchair user we found these items dangerous. In conclusion this property looks a bit tired and would benefit from a complete overhaul, including repainting and replacing worn furniture and addressing safety issues.

Fabulous family villa

Lovely stay for our 25th wedding anniversary with our grown up family. Kara was always quick to respond to any enquiries we had. Check in was easy once we found the villa, we drove straight past it not realising we had. Thanks to Dave he managed to lead us to this stunning villa. It’s on a one way system The photos doesn’t do this beautiful villa justice & it has everything you need for your stay. You need a car to get around though the beach is only a 10 min walk. The local Food House restaurant is close by & value for money for a plated buffet style meal.

Very bad with dealing with complaints

Property itself was very good......not enough towels...air con not working in 36 degrees heat electric gates not working.Witheld deposit but was forced by home and away to return it.

Dear Sharon Thank you for your dishonest reply! All guests are provided with a hand towel and bath towel. You were a couple of hand towels short these were provided within a day. It clearly says in our info that LARGER/POOL towels are not supplied. The air conditioning was working, the engineer that came out confirmed this. The correct setting for air con is between 23/25, below this and you will end up stuffy and get a sore throat. Doors and windows need to be closed for air con to be effective, on several occasions all recommendations were ignored. The electric gate did develop a fault, but our management company attended within minutes to rectify the situation. There have been in excess of 40 messages to myself and the management company! Every message was dealt with in a quick and effective manner, our management company even went and did your shopping. . As per my message to you, your deposit was retained while I was waiting on confirmation with regards to damages.

Luxurious Villa in Excellent Location

I highly recommend this Villa to families and small groups. We travelled as a family and with 2 of our son's friends. It has plenty of places to sit and relax on 3 levels. Everywhere can be shaded or left open to the sun as you prefer. It is in an excellent location, very quiet and 10 mins from the beach and numerous restaurants. This is the best Villa we have stayed at in Spain. I would highly recommend and would definitely book again.
