Just a few steps away from the ancient towns of Anghiari, Citerna, and Monterchi, and about 10 km from Sansepolcro and Città di Castello, overlooking the Tiber Valley, Casale della Chiesa is an elegant and romantic orangery set within a traditional Tuscan villa, perfect for 4 people.
It features a well-equipped kitchen, living room, bathroom with shower, a double bedroom, and a comfortable mezzanine with a double bed for two people.
A fabulous swimming pool set in a lush, green garden and a terrace for romantic dinners and breakfasts overlooking a dreamlike landscape are for the exclusive use of our guests and our family. (BBQ available). We only ever host one group of guests at a time.
For sports enthusiasts, a Technogym fitness room completes the property, and the surrounding areas are ideal for mountain biking, road cycling, or relaxing walks through the woods. Languages: Italian, English, French, German

Wonderful stay and awesome hosts!

The property itself is beautiful - set atop a hill overlooking fields and vines. The house we stay in, the landscaping and the pool are just stunning. The hosts go above and beyond just being nice! They helped us reserve a lunch spot, gave other local recommendations and so much more. We used this property as a home base to visit Anghiari, Arezzo, Florence, and Montepulciano, which are all pretty close via car. I would absolutely recommend this location and these hosts - we are already thinking about when we can come back!

Perfect holiday which was too short! Che EMOTIONE!

Where to start... From our arrival until our departure we felt so welcome by the hosts. Our entire family was sad to leave as we felt at home and at ease at the house and its owners. The house was clean, beautiful, spacious enough for our family also the garden and the other areas were beautiful. The pool was our best friend and not only the pool. The hosts gave us so much tips, suggestions of the area and places to visit (also with children), cycling routes, wineries etc. GRAZIE MILLE Veronica & Marcello for a holiday we will not easily forget and is in our hearts. We will meet again! The Nap Family

Our trip started with great communication from Veronica including all the directions and info we needed. When we arrived up the driveway we were blown away by the setting and property. Veronica and Marcello were there to greet us and show us around the beautiful property. The pool, gardens and outdoor areas are stunning with multiple areas of sun, shade, lounging and eating places. The inside of the house it well equipped and the beds are very comfortable. The shower is fab and the kitchen is well equipped with great quality pans, utensils and knives. The wifi is great and covers the whole pool area as well as inside. The views from the huge picture windows in the living area are amazing. We had some of the best food we have ever had prepared by Veronica and Marcello and their hospitality is unrivaled. The local area is wonderful with many beautiful villages and small towns in easy distance. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Definitely recommend. Veronica and Marcello were incredibly welcoming, helpful and communicative from the start. They went way beyond the call of duty to welcome me, making me a delicious dinner on arrival and breakfast on departure! The house itself was perfect and having the pool (and gym!) to myself was truly a luxury. Having aircon was a huge bonus. The property itself is v quiet, but had a proper tarmacked road to reach it so easy to access. They are a really friendly and interesting couple full of useful tips and advice on the area, and I cannot fault the week I spent there. I just wish it had been longer. I would definitely recommend.

Inoubliables vacances toscanes

Nous avons passé un séjour magnifique et inoubliable chez Veronica et Marcello. La maison est extrêmement bien située au milieu de la campagne toscane, au calme, avec une vue superbe, mais à seulement 10 minutes d'une petite ville avec toutes les commodités. C'est un point de départ idéal pour découvrir la Toscane et l'Ombrie. La maison est confortable et bien équipée, le jardin et la piscine sont très agréables. L'une des plus belles découvertes de notre séjour a été l'accueil chaleureux et attentionné de nos hôtes. Ils nous ont donné de précieux conseils pour les visites et la vie quotidienne et ont partagé avec nous l'art de vivre à l'italienne. Grazie mille Veronica e Marcello ! Une destination "cinque stelle" que nous ne manquerons pas de visiter à nouveau !

Excellent séjour

Très jolie maison avec belle vue sur la campagne Toscane. Veronica et Marcello sont des hôtes charmants et très serviables. Location à recommander.

Beautiful house set in the tranquil Tuscan Countryside, great views, peaceful garden and pool

We had a fantastic week in this lovely house set in the Tuscany countryside. The House is beautifully decorated with fantastic views over the nearby hills. Veronica and Marcello were the perfect hosts, giving us great tips on the area sights and local cuisine. Friendly and helpful, they even cook us a lovely Tuscan meal. The pool was a real highlight for us, set in the peaceful and private garden surrounded by fruit trees and grapevines. We will definitely be back.
