For those who wish to park their car indoors, the Cattaneo parking garage offers 7-day, 14-day, or monthly passes.

The brand-new AIR CONDITIONING system keeps the apartment cool in the summer and can also be used for heating during the months when, by law, the building’s central heating is turned off.

The apartment is handed over with two sets of keys.
Short-term stays are possible during certain seasons.

NOTE 1: Bath and bed linens are not included in the price, and we ask our guests to bring their own linens for hygiene reasons.
However, you will find pillows with pillowcases, bedspreads, and mattress covers that have been freshly laundered at high temperatures. Linen rental is available (please inquire at the time of booking)
