Sommerurlaub in Ligurien

Sehr schöne Wohnung. Praktisch gelegen- fast direkt am Meer. Sehr gut eingerichtete, moderne und schöne Wohnung. Super nette Vermieterin, die sich sehr gut um ihre Gäste kümmert. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Urlaubswoche hier. Ein Vorschlag wäre, beide Schlafräume mit Klimaanlage auszustatten, dann kann man nachts das Fenster geschlossen lassen und hört die Bahn nicht mehr. Grazie Elena!

Die Wohnung war sauber und schön eingerichtet.

In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Bettwäsche und Handtücher konnten dazugebucht werden. Leider war im Haus eine Baustelle, die ziemlich Lärm verursacht hat.

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana a Chiavari e siamo stati molto bene. Appartamento pulitissimo, attrezzato di tutto, ambienti spaziosi arredati con gusto e molto tranquillo. Tutto ha funzionato perfettamente. Elena gentilissima e disponibile, siamo stati accolti puntualmente e con cordialità dalla sua collaboratrice. Torneremo sicuramente appena possibile e lo raccomandiamo a chi volesse trascorrervi una vacanza rilassante e simpatica. Ancora grazie di tutto! Claudia e Felice

Gepflegte Wohnung in Altstadtnähe

Wir haben im September 2017 eine Woche in der Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin, Elena, hat absolut problemlos funktioniert. Alle Fragen wurden schnell beantwortet. Die Wohnung ist hell, modern, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Sie liegt direkt an den Bahngleisen (Blick vom Wohnzimmer), was wir vorher wussten und uns auch nicht besonders gestört hat. Nachts konnten wir gut schlafen. Der Balkon ist sehr klein und nicht zum Raussetzen geeignet. Nach einem kleinen Spaziergang, 10 Minuten, ist man in der schönen Altstadt von Chiavari, mit täglichem Markt und relativ wenigen Touristen. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt, sowohl im Ort als auch in der Wohnung und würden wieder dorthin fahren.

Casa comoda, curata e pulita!

Abbiamo passato solo poche notti in questo accogliente appartamento vicinissimo al mare e al centro e siamo ripartiti con la voglia di tornarci! finalmente una sistemazione fresca, attrezzata e soprattutto pulitissima! Ottima accoglienza e disponibilità. Chiavari offre tanto e ci ha stupiti per la sua viviacità. Torneremo presto!Anna da Varese

Bel appartement bien situé au coeur d'une magnifique région

Appartement très bien agencé, grand, propre, il ne manquait rien. Possibilité d'avoir le linge de maison, serviettes de bains, draps, etc... pour un tout petit supplément. Elena la propriétaire nous a accueilli très gentiment, nous a donné des renseignements sur les visites, les commodités, etc... D'ailleurs nous avons trouvé pleins de prospectus et de cartes à notre disposition dans l'appartement. Chiavari est une petite ville très jolie à découvrir, pleins de bons restos, les arcades, les marchés, etc... et se trouve au cœur de la Ligurie, magnifique région. Les 2 seuls points négatifs : la proximité de la voie de chemin de fer, le bruit des trains est un peu surprenant au début mais aucune chambre ne donne directement dessus donc aucun problème la nuit. Et puis le tout petit balcon ne donne pas directement sur la mer. Sinon tout était parfait !

Appartement agréable et bien placé

Appartement fonctionnel, bien placé, mer, train, accès à toutes les commodités. Nous avons apprécié l'accès facile aux principales visites, la ville de Chiavari, l'accès rapide à une plage gratuite très agréable. L'appartement reste frais même quand il fait chaud dehors. Il y a un marché tout les jours à Chiavari. Plus d'informations sur les visites auraient été bienvenues.

week met gezin(met twee pubers) in appartement

Het appartement is ruim, schoon, comfortabel en volledig ingericht. Het is zeer centraal gelegen op korte loopafstand van strandjes, boulevard en oude binnenstad. Chiavari is een heel mooie stad om vakantie te vieren. De auto konden we prima vrij parkeren op een grote parkeerplaats vlakbij het appartement. Contact met eigenaresse, via app, verliep prima. Het is driehoog, wij hebben alleen voor de bagage gebruik gemaakt van een heel kleine lift. Er is een heel klein balkon voor bv de was. Niet echt om lekker buiten te zitten. De trein of werkzaamheden aan het spoor hoor je er wel. De boulevard en binnenstad zijn ook s avonds gezellig druk met allerlei eet en drinktentjes. Wij vinden het appartement zeker een aanrader.

Bella vacanza con bimbo piccolo

Consiglio questo appartamento: spazi ampi - noi ci siamo stati in 5 più un bimbo di 5 mesi, per il quale Elena mi ha gentilmente fornito lettino da campeggio, bagnetto, fasciatoio e seggiolone - pulito e curato. Ho apprezzato gli arredi capienti e nuovi sia e il fatto che fosse molto accessoriata, con parecchi utensili da cucina, pentolame, lavatrice, forno micronde e wi-fi. La posizione è molto comoda, a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro - in gran parte pedonale e con molti portici - e attaccata al lungomare. La spiaggia in concessione di fronte all'appartamento ha tariffe un po' care, la spiaggia libera accanto -alla confluenza con l'Entella- non è un granché, ma con una passeggiata di pochi minuti si raggiungono altre spiagge libere più carine, sia di sabbia che di sassi. Elena è stata gentile, venendo incontro alle nostre esigenze.

Praktisch gelegene schöne Wohnung nahe am Meer

Die Wohnung ist genau so wie sie auf den Bildern abgebildet ist. Sie ist sehr sauber, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Betten sind sehr bequem (Matratze nicht zu hart und nicht zu weich, feste nackenstützende Kissen, alles sehr sauber und bequem). Die Wohnung führt nach hinten, also nicht zum Meer, der Balkon ist seitlich, d.h. weder von der Wohnung noch vom Balkon aus hat man Meersicht. Insofern ist das erste Bild irreführend.Der Blick vom Hauptzimmer (Küche/Wohnzimmer) führt auf die Geleise. Durch die vorbeifahrenden Züge kann man sich gestört fühlen. Vor dem Haus führt eine Strasse durch, d.h. das Haus ist nicht direkt am Meer. Vor dem Haus hat es zwar einen Strand. Dieser ist aber nur von Juni bis September offen. Ein anderer Strand, welcher immer offen ist (aber ohne Infrastruktur wie Liegestühle, WC, etc.) befindet ich ca. 15 Min. zu Fuss Richtung Genua. Im Haus hat es wohl eine Zentralheizung. Die Stadt bestimmt aber jährlich, wann die Heizung ein- resp. ausgeschaltet werden darf. Wir sind in der letzten Aprilwoche dort gewesen und haben gefroren (ca. 16 Grad in der Wohnung), weil die Zentralheizung am 15. April abgestellt werden musste. Chiavari ist - zumindest ausserhalb der Saison - eine ruhige gemütliche Stadt, die vor Italianita nur so sprüht! Es hat nur ganz wenige Touristen und die Leute sind ausserordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit - im Gegensatz z.B. zu Rappallo, welches eine typische Touristenstadt ist.

UN BELLISSIMO SOGGIORNO A CHIAVARI

Ciao a tutti, non è da me scrivere recensioni. Un po' per lavoro e sono sempre di corsa....ma lo devo alla proprietaria, che si è rivelata subito molto disponibile e gentilissima .L'appartamento è molto bello e moderno e sopratutto pulitissimo. MI son meravigliata perche' c'era tutto, dal forno a microonde al forno tradizionale, e poi scopa elettrica, asse da stiro e ferro. Grazie ELENA e Mira che ci hanno accolte. Io spero di tornarci presto.Grosso Patrizia

Super vacances !

Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par Elena qui parle un français presque parfait ; l'appartement est très bien situé, à deux pas des commerces et du centre ville de Chiavari (qui est une chouette ville animée toute l'année). L'appartement est très bien équipé, très propre, les lits sont confortables et on a même eu droit au chauffage pour les fins de journées et matins un peu frais. On s'est sentis comme chez nous ! Enfin, il est idéalement situé pour visiter la région, en train ou en voiture (nous sommes venus hors saison, donc nous avions loué une voiture). Nous reviendrons avec plaisir et nous recommandons cet appartement.

Fabulous apartment in Chiavari

Our stay in this apartment was wonderful! It was clean, well-maintained, confortable and well-equipped. The location could not be better. We were close to everything in town and neighboring towns. We were just steps from the train station which allowed us to visit Genova, Camogli, Cinque Terre and Portofino easily. We did not need a car . We would definitely come back and highly recommend this property!!

Séjour agréable à Chiavari

Très bon accueil de la propriétaire Elena. L'appartement est grand, propre et fonctionnel. Il est situé près de la voie ferrée et proche de la gare ce qui permet de laisser sa voiture sur le parking gratuit pas très loin de l'appartement et de visiter à la fois la région des Cinque Terre d'un côté et aller vers Gênes de l'autre côté, donc très bonne situation géographique. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette magnifique région d'Italie.

buona sistemazione

appartamento ben tenuto e di recente ristrutturazione, pulito, vicino al centro e al mare, comodo parcheggio gratuito e libero dall'altro lato della strada, proprietaria molto gentile, ho dovuto contattarla durante il soggiorno e ha sempre risposto cordialmente al telefono. Lato zona giorno vicino alla ferrovia, anche se dopo mezza giornata non si fa più caso ai treni e vi assicuro che a me i rumori danno fastidio. In compenso i bimbi si sono divertiti un sacco a guardare i treni passare. soggiornato in marzo 2015

Schönes helles Appartment direkt am Strand

Wir haben uns in diesem schönen, hellen und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Appartment sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Der Strand, Supermärkte und die Innenstadt von Chiavari mit allen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett, immer hilfsbereit und einfach zu erreichen.

Una perfetta sorpresa pasquale

Abbiamo trascorso le vacanze di Pasqua a Chaivari alloggiando in questo comodo ed accogliente appartamento. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, pulito, logisticamente perfetto, sia per il mare che per il centro, ben ristrutturato e nuovo. Letti comodi, cucina attrezzata, ed anche la doccia e' ok. Che dire di più, da provare.

Da consigliare!

Siamo stati due belle settimane in questo appartamento tutto nuovo e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La posizione è proprio comoda per la spiaggia e i negozi e la casa ben attrezzata e silenziosa. Torneremo! We spent two weeks in this cosy apartment, fully equipped and in front of the beach. We will come back again! We will return again!
