The "Merlo di Maremma" Estate is located in the heart of the wild and unspoiled Tuscan Maremma region, not far from the medieval village of Capalbio and the Saturnia thermal baths. The villa is surrounded by 15 hectares of olive groves overlooking the Tuscan countryside. The villa features 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, as well as a modern 15-meter private pool.

The villa at the “Merlo di Maremma” estate offers 250 square metres of interior space and a large private garden equipped with lounge chairs. There are 2 separate patio areas perfect for outdoor dining, both equipped with 2 handcrafted wrought-iron dining tables and a barbecue. On the ground floor of the villa, there is a large, modern kitchen fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, hob, and a large refrigerator; a separate dining room; a spacious living room with a fireplace, two large sofas, armchairs, and a TV. There is also a large bedroom with an en-suite bathroom featuring a shower. On the ground floor, there are three spacious bedrooms: a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a private terrace furnished with lounge chairs and offering spectacular views of the Maremma countryside. There are also two additional spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub. Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. In addition to a well-equipped kitchen, the villa provides bed linens, towels, and pool towels. A BBQ is available on the property. A washing machine is available for our guests’ use. Final and mid-stay cleaning are included for stays longer than one week, along with changes of linens, towels, and pool towels. Cots and high chairs are available free of charge.
